For $5, this is a fun little 2-ish hour romp through a PS1-era survival horror game. It's very simple, with no real story to speak of, a handful of enemy types, 4 bosses, 4 weapons(not counting the final boss weapon and the unlockable weapon), a few different outfits and a ranking system for how long it took and how many heals used. The carnival setting is fun, including a nice little sequence I won't spoil, and it does encourage killing enemies in the form of a coin currency you can use to buy ammo and health, Not much else to say. It's short, simple and only $5. If you like old school survival horror from the PS1 days, you'll have a good time.
