Capsized

Capsized hooked me immediately with its gorgeous hand-drawn alien environments and spine-tingling electronic soundtrack — it genuinely feels like being stranded on a dangerous, living world. The grappling hook and gravity ram give the movement a satisfying physicality, and the weapon variety kept early levels feeling fresh and inventive. That said, I won't pretend the controls don't take some getting used to; the floaty physics engine that makes the world feel alive is the same one that occasionally sends you careening into a wall of enemies you couldn't see coming. The back half of the game drags a bit as the level design leans harder on repetition, and a couple of late missions tested my patience more than my skill. Still, for the price — especially in a bundle — the atmosphere alone is worth the trip, and I walked away genuinely impressed by what this small team pulled off.

Man i love this little indie game, it is by far my favorite title from this dev team. I grew up playing flash games similar to this full title and it just hits all the right beats for me. The many tools for traversing the alien environments and all the weapons feel great for a pop sci fi otherworldly feel. The game may not be revolutionary but its dang fun so i'm recommending it wholeheartedly.

I gave up on this one pretty quickly because of the controls. Could be a great game if it was revisited, patched for higher resolution screens, and the controls were reworked.

Real bog-standard, slightly frustratingly controlling, shooter platformy kinda 2D game. Very little in terms of unique hooks to draw you in.

game is fun but Devs:Alientrap nailed a bolt on the broken achievements and leave it in the progression for players to find solution on how to fix it on their own so i cant approve any broken mechanics like that.
