Rigged to Spend Money I’ve been stuck on a “legendary” level for three days because I won’t buy gold bars or special candies. In this level, when I have the chance to compound special candies to make large explosions, the game will pop one of the special candies without causing any damage so that I cannot compound the candies. It also will not make special candies when I combine the number of candies that generate specials. Once I lose the level of restart the level it prompts me to buy packs made to specifically win that level. I’ve gotten down to two jellies needed to pop and it just stops crushing everything and says I lose when I see that the combinations can still keep going.

Unhappy I’ve been playing several years now and do not like being forced into joining the Candy Royale part of the game. We used to be able to opt out, why did that change? And why are the prizes often temporary? I was much happier getting the hammer or swap prizes. So many people I used to play with have quit, maybe it’s time for me to look elsewhere as well.

Freezes at worst times Last few months on iOS this game has frozen, ending your game. Wasting one or more of the 5 available Candy games; worse: it wastes one of your streaks and/or a booster. Other games don't freeze. Sooo frustrating. Cannot bypass worthless features like Candy Royale where goal is winning 21 in a row? Pfft. Fix the freeze, King!

What’s wrong with giving the discount to your players? Does anyone realize how expensive this game really is to play! Who thought that leaving the game to purchase. Plain Stupid!

Last update 😡 I have been playing for 14 years, since it came out. The recent changes are maddening!! So you're, now, taking away gold bars from race wins, receiving no more than 4 extra moves, no more UFO boosters with said extra moves, rewards are almost nonexistent anymore AND ads are longer than ever!!?? I have played the same Legendary for 3 days, no way to win w/o help!! This has always been my go to time passer!! Not anymore!! If you've lost me, I'm sure you've lost a lot more that have put so much time and effort into your game!! Unless you change it back, I would not recommend this game to anyone!!

STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE everytime im in the tournament to win GOLD bars, even if i dont close the game it gets restarted some way. If i dont join the tournament, the progress is there even if i go back to another game without closing the application on background. Funny

Upgrade broke boosters After the upgrade, I purchased a party blaster & UFO launcher and used (well, tried to) them a couple of times but not one worked. Buyer beware! Can’t find a way to reach out to support, and don’t expect to get my money back anyway, but just know this game is broken and you won’t get what you paid for

Terrible con artists Who is stilling paying for these in app purchases?? I stopped paying a bit ago because I would make a purchase, get double charged, but only receive one purchase worth of items. When “Reporting a Problem” I would jump through all the hoops to get refunded & have it denied, then appeal & get denied again, call Barclays (useless) out another $30+. So I stopped buying & immediately realized it’s almost, almost impossible to pass levels without purchasing gold etc. I started winning a little bit & as of yesterday I had saved up 140 pieces of gold. Today I opened my game & I only have 12 pieces?!? Husband & I are empty nesters, so no, children didn’t use it & hubby doesn’t even know how to open my iPad. Would this company’s “awesome” (sarcasm!) customer service like to explain this?? Fun game that is a total scam!!
