My friends and I really enjoyed our very first playthrough together. I do think the game could benefit from some simple button-mapping instructions or a tutorial of some sort. We tend to play a lot of party games, so it was pretty easy for us to pick up, but I could see the controls being confusing for some players. We’re already looking forward to getting a bigger party together for our next run because we had a great time. Any opportunity you get to ruin or troll your friends within the game only adds to the experience. The casino was definitely a big hit with our group. It became a constant race to get our coins, or to sit back and wait for someone to bid a ton of money, only to lose it when someone else started the next mini-game. Those moments created a lot of laughs. The horror element is also a really nice touch, and defeating the True Subject at the end was an absolute blast. As for the negative reviews, I can’t really speak to their experiences, but for $5, this game gave us a lot of laughs in the short time we’ve played it, and we’re expecting to have plenty more. Also, more ducks please.

I played C.U.B.E during my 24-hour stream and honestly enjoyed it so much more than I expected. It’s chaotic, funny and perfect with friends. The mix of teamwork, betrayal and ridiculous deaths had us laughing the whole time. Definitely one I’ll be playing again. 9/10 – absolute chaos in the best way.

C.U.B.E is a game that really embodies "you get what you pay for" is it the next friendslop sensation? No but for 5 bucks its a game that you and your friends can have a fun night or 2 playing. The mini games are fun, many of the mechanics are the right kind of janky. Dont get me wrong in its current state there are quite a few bugs but nothing I would say is fully game breaking and usually they can lead to some funny moments. My main issue with the game however is that the whole "kill your friends" aspect of it feels kinda tact on. Everyone has a certain amount of lives during each mini game and if you lose them all your stuck spectating the rest of the game, which is fine but alot of the games require some level of cooperation or it just slows to a grinding halt. On top of that if everyone loses all of their lives the run just ends. Me and my friends found ourselves just kind of ignoring the betrayal aspects of the game except when the mini game required acts of great violence. I also wish there was a way to select mini games manually (maybe there is and I just missed it but I didnt see anything) because there were def a couple we just couldnt get. All and all the game is a great way to spend your night with friends for only 5 bucks. I actually really like the settings, monsters, and especially the character models that LoveDev created. I will definitely check it out again once he fixes a few of the issues and hopefully adds some more content.

I really enjoyed playing CUBE! Each trial had its own unique kind of fun, which kept the game exciting and engaging throughout. I loved how every challenge felt different and gave me a new way to enjoy the game. Overall, it was a very fun and memorable experience!
