Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 11 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
In a universe where life’s moments are extracted from mortals and transformed into sentient books for consumption by higher beings, a lowly librarian and a book without a moment of its own are coerced into solving the mystery of a missing God.
BURDEN STREET STATION is a narrative adventure about dead-end platforms and unfinished stories. Which version of yourself will help make sense of someone else’s pain?
Change yourself to change others. Traits are emotional prosthetics. Each one calibrates how the world responds to you and what it believes you deserve.
Words dig deeper than they should. Speak kindly, and they open up. Speak incorrectly and something breaks. Sometimes they flinch. Sometimes they remember what it felt like to be whole. And you wonder why you feel it too.
Lotown, Pipelines, Hitown - each area a dream in slow decay, its artist missing. Every place a memory dreamt by someone else. And yet… you’ve definitely been here before.
Memo will just about tolerate you - so long as you help her finally gain her story.
Creation is messy. Closure is divine. You are a bridge between godhood and regret, not just shaping conversations, but carrying something left behind. Something that still wants to be understood.

It's like a spaced out version of 90s point and click games from Humongous Entertainment. Heartfelt, fun story. Only thing missing is a whimsical minigame
Burden street station is an absolutely fantastic visual novel in which you go through several characters stories which all share the theme of growing and reconcilliation. I really enjoyed this one - another game on the list of ones that make me cry but thats perhaps because I can relate to one of the characters GB.

A soul chilling story about human nature and the our struggles to see the "bigger picture" while we battle our demons, Fantastic writing throughout the entire game where you can feel the life in every character and the person behind their writing 10/10 would recommend this to anyone who appreciates philosophical talks and loves emotional writing
Really really good! please check it out, everything from the writing to the visuals and music is just so charming. The game is very much about creating art, finding purpose and social connection and the way those things interact with each other ITS GOOD! As far as the characters go they're all great and fun to talk to with the cool emotion swapping dialogue mechanic. I REALLY like Lydia and Nightman, they're my favourites :>
Joguei pq Parece ENA e Amei :)
One of the most human and heartfelt games i've ever played.
if you can free yourself from the hours spent playing to dollars math of buying games, art, anything; if you like things that are good in a way that asks you to think about it a little; if you think that maybe point and click adventure games get a bad rap then this is for you. please play this
