Bramble: The Mountain King

È un bel gioco, ma è incompleto e troppo corto. Un vero peccato perché avrebbe l'atmosfera cupa e il folklore nordico (anche se quasi tutto è stato inventato apposta per il gioco) oltre alla grafica, ma la trama è povera, il protagonista manca totalmente di caratterizzazione, il gameplay fa cilecca (è facilissimo sbagliare un salto, ad esempio) ed è troppo facile. A completare il tutto, degli achievement veramente assurdi...insomma, mi ci sono divertito ma la sensazione è che lo abbiano rilasciato troppo presto

[b]9/10[/b] Simple gameplay elevated by incredible ambience and storytelling. It's a beautiful game with fascinating monsters from folktales, a storybook aesthetic, and perfect pacing. The game goes by quick, but left me very satisfied with the story I had experienced. The narration also fits in so well with the theme. For a bit in the middle I was afraid the game was losing the plot of saving our sister, and focusing more on various other stories in the world, but it all came together pretty quickly. And each level, even in that middle was carefully crafted for a great experience, so I can't complain. It is also a very accessible horror game for most people who(like me) find it difficult to play horror stuff with jumpscares and frustrating gameplay(looking at you Resident Evil). The gameplay here is more comparable to a basic platformer. So I highly recommend this game to anyone who finds the premise interesting, and wants to play horror for a really familiar, and yet unique story - with plenty of lore and monsters to chase you - and less so for the gameplay.

Great little game based on dark Scandinavian folklore! There was so much more to this than I expected. Great writing and sound, the graphics are good and fit the mood perfectly and the creature design is spot on. Well recommended!

Lindo, divertido e filosófico. Muito intuitivo, e um deleite pra os olhos. Recomendo pesquisar sobre as lendas após o jogo, pois assim vai dar para notar o carinho que os desenvolvedores tiveram pelo produto.
