Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.86/day in the week to Jul 30 → 1/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

The last good Borderlands game, play the DLC "Claptastic Voyage" after the campaign, like all claptrap DLC, its very funny with witty humour and some dark jokes thrown in.
meh. its a game heheheha

This game has been on my backlog for forever and you know I owe it to my younger self to actually finish the game he purchased and my oh my, of all the borderlands games I was really putting this one off. I think the elephant in the room is quite apparent with the mechanic of oxygen and the whole plot of being in space. I think realistically it’s just an annoying mechanic there for lore sake. When I first started out I really despised this mechanic, in fact I still do hate it with a passion. However, like insanity does to you, you sort of get used to it and find ways to adapt. I don’t like it because even with its redeeming factors it is still not as engaging as straight up gameplay. You have to either cycle oxygen machines or find cracks of oxygen to refill your tank, albeit not difficult but just a nuisance of gameplay. As much as I hate it, I will admit SOMETIMES it gets fun when you can slam down in the air and almost boost jump for some movement speed and then when you’re in the air floating to use your characters special ability that’s cool too. As much as of an inconvenience it is from normal mechanics you can tell that there was some consideration to make it bearable. I much rather prefer some running and sliding and double jumps in gameplay rather than floating after every jump. There are many areas where you wont be needing to fill your tank but the whole game is in low gravity, so it’s really not HORRIBLY bad it’s not a deal breaker. It is an interesting mechanic for a borderlands game so I can’t hate too hard, I admire the willingness to try new things. There is a lot of cool stuff in this game. I really like the enemy variety and enemy design and even the parts when it very clearly is trying to stretch the game with filler content it is redeemable in its writing or enemy variety. I didn’t necessarily do everything just cause I was really getting tired of the floating movement but even in the main story quest line alone, there’s a plethora of story and gameplay to experience. I really enjoyed the characters in this one and I am especially happy I played this because it fills in some gaps and makes me feel completely different knowing more about the story of Jack and the vault hunters. I reckon some people will be put off by playing a game where Jack is such a prominent role and I definitely get that too it does feel weird knowing Jack’s character but being the presequel it is still a refreshing experience. Also, what the hell when this game talks about AI it is so strange now that we’re living in the day of it’s reckoning. It’s kind of funny too the way that they talk about it doing things that are actually happening now with AI (i.e moving robots) and they made it seem like it was so futuristic. But that section is for sure one of my favorites because of the characters. Tons of awesome boss fights in this game too, it gets pretty hard near the end I had to spend like an hour grinding some levels because I was too behind of my main story quest level. Some bosses are dead ass some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ though, I feel like sometimes they’re just like yeah ♥♥♥♥ it just throw everything in there and then they just add mini bosses on the way to bosses. I was bleeding through ammo and dying so much. Probably the most challenging borderlands I’ve played. Also, I quite literally played this entire game on handheld which was an awesome way to really test it and it was great. I played as Nisha and her ability is basically aimbot on a short cooldown so it was pretty great to have a get out of jail card. My closing thoughts though are it’s so hard for me to properly rate it as my disdain for the gameplay mechanic has soured my positive feelings for the game and so I can’t even say without it, it would be better, because then it wouldn’t be the presequel. I reluctantly give it a 6.75/10, I did enjoy more parts than I anticipated and if you are a borderlands fan then this is simply more borderlands.
Burgerland.
Listen, I LOVE the Borderlands games. I haven't played 4 yet, but I know I'm gonna have at least a fun time, if not a long time. My favourite is Wonderlands, but I adore all of them equally really. So it really hurts me to write this negative review. And here's the reason why it's a negative: The game's broken. Now, jank from an older Borderlands game is to be expected. They're old and they might have some jank when it comes to running on a more modern system. But for the Pre-Sequel, there's a lot of problems just at the start of the game. For context, I played up to the same section with both Athena and Claptrap, so it's not a character problem. First red flag I saw was in the very first level, Helios Station. When you bash the loader out of the elevator after fighting the fire dude, it heads down and is SUPPOSED to let Jack get on. The problem is that the loader has a weird hitbox that spawns on it for some reason, and that hitbox pushes you AND JACK backwards. You can get on real easy, just jump. Jack won't jump. He'll dance in front of the loader until the end of time. The fix is easy but annoying. You need to exit to the menu, then reload. Jack will have teleported to the top of the elevator, ready for the moonshot. But YOU will have been respawned ALLLLLLLLLLL the way back to the very first room where you arrive when you start the game. Enemies will not respawn, so it's a boring run alllllll the way back. The next two bits of jank I saw were during the inspirational poster quest. In the first part, you use a jump pad to do a few actions. The one where you need to shoot targets is broken, the jump pad will trigger but not launch you, making you shoot the targets from the ground. Not really a gamebreaking bug, but a little strange. In the second part, where you're delivering posters, killing the dude you give the posters to will cause them to explode out and one of mine got stuck on wonky geometry. It took me 30 minutes of trying to parkour before trying for another 2 minutes to find the exact crack in the geometry it fell in cause it was in the floor. The final bit of bugginess I had was when you get a car for the first time. It's a simple tutorial: drive a little, then there's a ramp you need to boost to successfully jump from. Simple enough. The boost doesn'T work. The cars are incredibly front heavy for some reason, so you quickly nose dive no matter what speed you take the jump from. I tried ditching the car, no luck the terrain has broken collision. So while I wanted to experience this game again, years later of playing it originally, it seems I just cannot. If you think you can handle this jank and aren't afraid to go at it, give this game a go it's such a fun time.
For a 12 years old game is still hits! Feels easier and also little shorter than Borderlands 2 and 3. Some side missions and enemies in specific locations may be a little buggy, but nothing that will soft-lock your progress, just quit/save, reload ur map and ur chillin. 100% steam achievements is a grind, but its not that hard. Hardest part is that u need a co-op friend or someone willing to boost u for few things especially that 1 side mission that requires 4 player co-op..
