Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

thank you so much for making this game free to play for limited time now i know how bad it runs you saved me so much money
The performance of this game is beneath even call of duty, and that's saying something. Loading shaders takes 10 minutes on a high end PC. Everything set to low, even DLSS / TSR performance, even TSR with frame generation on cannot keep a stable framerate. Absolutely pathetic. Cutscenes lag, gameplay lags, shooting lags. How am I supposed to play the game? Also the intro up to claptrap is just awful. Way too many cutscenes and backtracking, just let me play the damn game. I wouldn't buy this even if it were $1.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Same day: best AU #8, worst KR #94 · 13 markets collected
US · last 30 days
Of the 12 markets with a position on both sides, 5 climbed and 3 fell. The same sale, the same day, opposite directions — which is why nothing here is averaged into a single arrow, and why one sale is not a trend.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 47/day in the week to Sep 11 → 371.67/day in the week after.
One market had a chart position on both sides of this cut. One sale in one country is an anecdote — read it next to the store-wide figures below.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 41.86/day in the week to Jul 31 → 47.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

sadly, the game no longer allows me to create a new vault hunter. if I try it skips right on past the vault hunter selection screen, defaulting to vex, and then hangs at the end of the warden intro after the explosion. removing all config and saves did nothing, nor did cleaning all stored data and restoring it. BL4 support suggests that my RTX 3090, 64GB ram, and i9-11900K @ 3.50GHz is the root cause, because they recommend a 3.6GHz or faster processor. which, of course, if true is actually far worse than some random and otherwise inexplicable bug introduced in recent patches, because that's /way/ over the minimum spec for running the game, and was sufficient for six months. so, all in all, really couldn't recommend this to anyone, despite more than 1,000 hours on the previous generations of the game. worse, it actually feels pretty good to play, so it's moderately sad that it's just so technically low quality.
I fell through the floor multiple times. There are sidemissions where you have to carry stuff while climbing. Apart from it not being fun, the stuff you carry often falls through the floor also. Too many invisible walls for a game with the core mechanic of climbing to high places. Too many builds have a lot of offensive bonus from full life/shield/overshield, which makes the fight for your life mechanic way worse, especially with heavy weapons not being allowed while you are fighting for your life. Enemies matching your level during the story is a bad mechanic. As a lot of other reviews mentioned, the game runs terribly and often has to recompile shaders, even when the game is already running and I just want to fast-travel.
Game crashes at the title screen. Joke game.
I spent 2 hours "Compiling Shaders", and now I cant refund
Unironically one of the worst games I've ever played. It's the epitome of everything wrong with the industry in terms of every single aspect of the game. Do not believe the people saying it's better than three, somehow it isn't. I've loved this series for a long time and that's the only reason I could stomach trudging through this moldy trough of slop on the free weekend. Disgusting.
I normally don't regret game purchases, but this is one of the very few I do regret. First ive played in the series, and this game is boring, runs like trash. Won't ever buy from this studio again. In the words of CEO Randy Pitchford "Code your own engine and show us how its done" well tool bag I own the best PC money can buy and your game runs like a steaming pile of garbage. I doubt you'll be around long to continue making games because you suck at it.
127G file size, still ♥♥♥♥ performance, can't even compile the shaders, it tried 3 times. This is embarrassing and you should be embarrassed with the game you made.
i just watched it spend 15 minutes compiling shaders, crash, and then begin compiling shaders again, i think we genuinely do not hate Pitchford enough as a society
