Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.56/day in the week to Aug 4 → 8.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Incredible game with so much personality and style! Perfectly captures JSR's vibe and the gameplay is top notch. The world is a blast to explore and move around. The songs are hit or miss, but when it slaps, it SLAPS. Only gripe with the game is the lack of markers for collectibles and side quests, which makes 100%ing it kind of a slog. Otherwise, 10/10 game, would totally recommend.
Thanks for making this. Really brought me back to my roots. 11/10, JSRF but with an air dash

Fun gameplay with amazing visuals and music
Extremely fun movement thats more intuitive then you would think! The only real fault with the gameplay is I think the actual progression is a little lacking in terms of ramping up difficulty, it somewhat feels as if you are just going from cool skating sandbox to cool skating sandbox, which there is nothing inheritely wrong with but the game doesn't really have much of a palpable diffuculty curve in my opinion. This game also has a (mostly) amazing soundtrack. I say mostly cause there are a few songs that I don't really care for, but I think thats just a difference in taste between me and the devs. The game looks gorgeous, the only real thing I can critique its visuals on is i feel like the npc animations look a tad too realistic for how stylized the characters are, (I believe they are motion tracked) giving me that whole mascot effect. Story is pretty basic but engaging regardless as your curious to find more about the games core mystery. I enjoy the cast even if they aren't the most fleshed out characters in the world cause they are likeable and fun regardless and you want to see them succeed. The cutscenes can look a tad jank at times with some clipping though. Id say don't come to the game for its story, but as a reason to explain why your going to all these different places it works great. Performance wise this game runs great, the only thing I can fault it on is sometimes the loading times can be a tad annoying, but that just might be cause my pc is dust central at the moment.
I was marathon all Jet Set Radio games This is a Jet Set Radio Future REVIEW Because it's not on steam yet! The BombRush Cyberfunk review is scroll down more. If my Jet Set Radio review was five years late, then this one is even later — but honestly, Jet Set Radio Future has been living in my head just as long. It took everything I loved from the original and cranked it up with smoother movement, bigger levels, and way more mechanical freedom. This is the kind of sequel that doesn’t just polish the formula — it evolves it. Future adds so many mechanics that make the world feel alive: faster grinding, better trick flow, more open exploration, and tagging that feels way more fluid than the Dreamcast version. The whole game moves like it’s powered by pure style. Even the way you chain tricks into graffiti feels like a dance. It’s the kind of improvement that makes you think, “Yeah… this is what the original wanted to be.” And then there’s the riding options. You’re not just roller‑skating anymore — you can hop on a skateboard, bike, or stick to inline skates, each with its own vibe. It gives the game this wild sense of freedom, like the city is your playground and you’re choosing how to carve through it. This BombRush Cyberfunk review Now, comparing all this to Bomb Rush Cyberfunk… that game is a whole different beast. It’s not just a spiritual successor — it’s a full reinterpretation. Cyberfunk plays more like Tony Hawk Pro Skater with tagging, combos, and momentum‑based trick chains. It’s faster, snappier, and way more score‑driven than either JSR or JSRF. If JSRF is about flow and style, Cyberfunk is about chaining the sickest line possible. But the biggest surprise? Cyberfunk has the best storytelling out of all three. No spoilers, but the plot twist absolutely blew me away. It’s bold, weird, emotional, and way more ambitious than I expected from a game inspired by Jet Set Radio. It actually ties its world, characters, and mystery together in a way that hits harder than both Sega titles. So in the end: Jet Set Radio is the raw, stylish foundation. Jet Set Radio Future is the evolution — smoother, bigger, freer. Bomb Rush Cyberfunk is the modern reinterpretation with the strongest story and Tony‑Hawk‑style gameplay. All three have their own flavor, but Future will always be that perfect middle point where the series found its rhythm
Never played a game like this before and it's now one of my favorite chill out games ever. Just do a trick and spray on some shet and get chased by the po po. Good game
I gotta play Jet Set Radio. 10/10 game I loved my time playing bomb rush cyberfunk as the music, character designs, and game mechanics we're so fun
Rating: 9/10 -Very Good

TLDR:
An indie gem with strong gameplay and an unexpectedly good story. Bomb Rush Cyber Funk is a spiritual successor to Jet Set Radio. I‘ve never played JSR but I was very interested when I saw BRCF. The artstyle, music and gameplay looked exciting.
Positive:
Story: I wasn’t expecting a story that was this good. I assumed that the devs would focus on gameplay (which they did) but they also managed to create an awesome story. You are dude called Faux and during your escape from prison, you get decapited by DJ Cyber, the leader of the biggest crew of New Amsterdam. You later on get revived by Tryce (which helped you escape prison) by giving you a robot head as temporary replacement. Tryce is the founder of the Bomb Rush Crew. DJ Cyber offers to return your head back if your crew goes „all city“. Your crew has to control all city districts by showing off your skills. You will learn more about the city and its secrets along the way. It was a phenomenal story with weird and interesting moments that never felt uninteresting. I was quite surprised since this game is only about skateboarding/rollerblading and spraying graffiti. Gameplay: Incredible gameplay. Your goal is to control the city by beating the rival crews in the districts. To get noticed however, you need REP. You get it by spraying graffiti on rival crew artwork or on clean spots. After some time, the crew will notice you and they will challenge you to some parkour activities which will unlock a new graffiti artwork. Reaching a certain amount of REP will activate a crew battle in which both crews have to reach the most combo points in a set amount of time. You get points by wall riding, grinding and doing other tricks. You can use rollerblades, a skateboard and a BMX bike to traverse the city and to do tricks. It takes a bit of practice get get high and long combos but towards the end, you will have mastered the gameplay and you can trick around for hours. Music: Banger soundtrack. I don’t know what the genres of those tracks were exactly but I think it was funk, future funk, EDM and all that kind of good stuff. The tracks reminded me of the 90‘s and 00‘s. The game always plays a mix of the songs that have awesome transitions between the tracks like a DJ performance. You really get addicted to this game due to its gameplay and banger soundtrack in the background.
Negative:
Combat: The combat looks and feels weak. The only enemy faction that will attack you is the police. The enemies can be punched endlessly and you never know if they are defeated or not. They don’t have healthbars or other indicators that let you know that they are „dead“. If you punch them enough, they will just run away into an escape pod looking thing. Pretty unsatisfying. The combat is the only thing that wasn’t good about the game. If they would have cut the combat, it would’ve been a 10/10.
Conclusion:
I love the gameplay, I love the music and I love the art style. This was a really nice indie gem. I will definitely replay it someday with some mods. Go check it out PLEASE.
