Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 15 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Фар край здорового человека
This game is a technical nightmare, no matter how many patches you install the game will crash, your saves get corrupted, some missions will not work properly making them uncompletable. Yet, there are few games like this which are a mix of Far Cry + STALKER, that simple fact made Boiling Point as a cult classic. At most it can be a 7.5/10 game when it works, and it can be quite enjoyable, but right now its better to play the original CD version and install the official patches + unnoficial patches, because the new people who handled this new (2023) Steam version introduced more bugs and crashes.

Watched the traffic in Puerto Sombra go insane, driving off the road, honking at walls, running over old ladies (which triggered the combat music) and all Saul Myers could do was yawn. Boiling Point is super janky, partially insane, very interesting mechanically, and pretty fun overall. Similar to Deus Ex, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., TES III: Morrowind, and Far Cry 2 - except it pre-dates two of those! My only serious, show-stopping gripe with the game is the unpredictable save corruption bug. Strongly recommended to jank enjoyers, but if you're looking for something polished, stay away. (Played with the unofficial patch installed)
I played this game when I was a child in a cyber cafe. I had so much fun playing this game because of the atmosphere, and funny bugs. I'm glad the bugs are still here, just there's no funny screaming civilians... Gameplay: 10/10 Graphics: Who cares? Story: 8.4/10 Fun: 10/10 "I am CELESTYN and I recommend this game." This is a open world game from 2005 where you play as an American veteran who's quest takes him to Realia (a fictional South American country inspired in Bolivia) to search and rescue his missing daughter. Game has different factions you can befriend so they can aid you in your investigation. While the story is not quite a masterpiece and there are a few flaws in how it progresses, this game hold a lot of charm in their universe and its game-play. Considering the game is $10 USD and you can even find it cheaper on sale, I would say its content makes it worth it's price, as it truly delivers hours of entertainment. While the game does not have the best execution in story telling, it does deliver a very interesting concept that can still keep you engaged, as well as a very fun gameplay. The game has a lot of bugs, so I highly recommend downloading the Unofficial Patch from the user Wesp5 to fix it. I played the game both with and without the patch, and I can say it it is worth installing before your first run to save you some frustration of potentially game breaking events. I do also advise to save you game frequently. PROS: - Game is really cheap and has a lot of content. - Graphics are good (considering it is a game from 2005) - Open world game with a huge map to explore. - A lot of missions and choices you can make on how to progress with the story. - Different types of vehicles, weapons, and gear that allow you to develop your own strategy. - A lot of different interactions you can have with the different factions in the game. CONS: - Game has a lot of bugs, some being game breaking. - Execution of the story telling could use some work. - Audio issues with some sound effects and voice acting. - Difficulty progression is rather inconsistent.
★★★★★
the game is too buggy, i was playing and my quicksaves just decided to randomly delete themselves so i died and lost progress, i did a manual save before i exited but the manual save loaded into a previous manual save that i had hours before even tho i overwritten the manual save and i also couldn't make a second manual save or any other, it just didnt work, so i lost progress because of the game being too buggy and i dont want to play it anymore since i lost hours of progress
After messing around with the config files for a bit you get to experience a stable version of the game, although I definitely recommend installing the unofficial patch. To the game itself: It's a very ambitious open world FPS/RPG hybrid with a silly story, okay-ish gameplay and a lot of issues. HOWEVER, it has its own charm and if you stick to playing it, you will very soon learn to love it.
