This game is like if Myst was a dungeon crawler, so it's precisely my kinda game. The biggest issue for me is that luck plays an extreme element in each attempt through the mansion, and I don't like that. If the game just increased the chance of finding a key by 8%, I wouldn't mind so much, but as it stands the number of times I've had to cut a run abruptly short because all the doors were locked feels cheap to me. I get that it's all about strategy, but between the high dependency on rare rooms to solve anything, the low chance of drawing rare rooms in the draft pool until late in the run, the low chance of finding enough keys to reach late enough in a run to get the rare rooms, and the not-infrequent chance of never finding the key card that becomes essential later in runs, the deck is too stacked against the player for my liking. It's too frustrating at times to be enjoyable. That being said, I'm still giving this game a positive review, because it's a lot of fun and I *do* like mystery puzzle games like this. Hopefully I just haven't been playing smart enough yet to overcome these hurtles. I'm going to keep playing because the mystery keeps me coming back.

Every market we collect.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Seems kinda overpriced for what is essentially a walking simulator with extra steps (eh, get it?). Comparisons to Outer Wilds are way overblown, the gameplay loop relies less on uncovering lore and making informed connections and more on luck of the draw and basic note-taking. If it's more than this, which some reviews allude to, it's certainly taking its sweet time to play its hand. The gameplay is like House on the Hill, except there's no haunt and all you do is go around hoping you don't draw dead ends, the main difference being that House on the Hill felt like it had a good balance of room layouts, whereas this game has way too many dead ends and L-bends relative to 3- and 4- door rooms (assuming you can even afford to build the latter ones). It's fine so far, but wandering around with no particular goal gets boring pretty quickly, and the "lore" has been basically nonexistent.
.
Great game with engaging puzzles that require some book keeping.
After finally looking up, seeing some of life symphonies i can finally understand this game
That sure was something! Finally 100%ed it! The 2 instances of "Stand and wait here and do nothing for 41 minutes and 15 seconds" because the puzzles are time based, were really really unnecessary and stupid. If there was a way to pass ingame time through "resting" or setting a magic clock item to a specific time or whatever, those would have been completely fine puzzles, but forcing the player to just wait is not good. However aside from those, the game was really really good! The lore was cool and presented in a very nice way. It was quite challenging, but not in a bad way. There is a point though, in the endgame, where the puzzles get so hard and weird that it's probably meant to be solved by a community rather than on your own, so I wouldn't recommend going into the game thinking you're going to solve everything on your own without hints online. The wikis for the game do present things in a nice mostly spoiler free way, until you reveal the spoiler information yourself manually. Aside from that it was a really nice experience to solve it mostly by myself and a trusty OneNote notebook.
Incredible multi-layered puzzle game, the puzzle design is really deep. Great Artstyle and Music. Don't think i have ever been as impressed by a game. Closest ones would be Outer Wilds or Portal 2, but Blue Prince is in its own league. If there is one thing players might find frustrating in this game, it is the RNG. Though you can mitigate that through progression. I recommend using a whiteboarding app and making lots of screenshots and to stay observant.
Feels like it does not lean enough into either rouge like elements nor does it lean enough into puzzle/escape room elements. After playing for about 4 hours I had only discovered 2 relatively easy to solve puzzles, 1 escape room esque puzzle(which due to the rouge like nature of limited movement in a day, I was unable to go and solve) Felt like the 2 themes ended up clashing more than anything :/
Just reached room 46. Pretty good game, not too long though still has A LOT more to offer beyond just reaching room 46. I did not enjoy the amount of RNG, and some of the puzzles are simply nonsense, but overall I thought it was cool and would recommend it.
Very hard mind games had to search the tomcb bit up
