Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 9.86/day in the week to Aug 23 → 14.29/day in the week after.

The game presents you with actually interesting puzzles, then lets RNG dictate whether or not you'll be able to actually try the solution. You know how to solve element A but you need B, C and D in a specific order. If you didn't get them, tough luck, try again next run. This is idiotic puzzle game design. Also, the darts puzzle and the logic boxes puzzle become increasignly annoying each run, punishing you for actually completing them and playing the game further. I wanted to like this game but I just can't bother finishing it. The last 10 hours of play I've been waiting for the perfect combination of items or rooms to try some of the solutions I thought of, and if my solution is not correct, back to the RNG mines again.
Blue Prince is a true once-in-a-lifetime experience. Not only did it invent its own genre of roguelite puzzle game, but it also absolutely mastered the concept of meta-progression—running through the game again and again for a greater purpose. Much like an escape room, the game gives you a very clear objective to work toward, but its true charm lies in the mystery surrounding everything else. Solving its complex puzzles rewards you with an incredible sense of satisfaction, before your mind immediately starts racing through the 15 other mysteries you still haven’t figured out. It makes you feel like the guy from the conspiracy meme and leaves you unable to put the game down. The simple visual style and audio accompany the game perfectly well. The story won't really have any kind of emotional impact on you, but works well within the game and will certainly keep your interested in the mystery. There is no game quite like it, which makes it all the more impressive how well they executed their concept.

Every market we collect.
Same day: best AU #50, worst UK #79 · 4 markets collected
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Brilliant game. Lives up to the hype for real
One of the worst things about puzzle games is you can get stuck and you feel like you can't progress without looking something up. In 70 hours of this game I haven't felt like that at all. The temptation to open a wiki has been there, but each run I've found something new; a bit of lore, a new clue, or an interaction I've never seen before. It's extremely satisfying. The music and art make the experience immersive. The writing is excellent. The story won't be fed to you: you'll have to hunt and gather and then chew on what you find. It's everything I hoped it would be. Thank you to the developers/artists/composers.
Endless hours of satisfying exploration. I played a lot of this on PS5 and came back to it here.
Better than Myst - the best puzzle game I've ever played with the best backstory. So much care and detail in this game it is hard not to love. Just prepare to be frustrated with the randomization of the game, but that's the point.
Blue Prince has quickly become one of my favorite puzzle games of all time. It's difficult to describe just how good it is, this thing was clearly somebody's labor of love - and it shows. The story is engaging, the gameplay fun, and the worldbuilding involved is simply epic. I've played a lot of puzzle games, and this one subverts a lot of the tropes common in puzzle games. You'll see a mechanic and think: Oh, I know how puzzles like this work... only to find out that it's something entirely different, leading to a result you never could have anticipated. I have been playing for close to 200 hours now and friends of mine who have played this before say I've solved the storyline really quickly in comparison to them - but I still feel like I've barely scratched the surface. Getting to room 46 is only the beginning - there is SO MUCH lore and layer upon layer of interlocking puzzles. My 13 year old kid and I are playing together - it's been a fun bonding experience. That's another thing that's wonderful about this game, btw, it's accessible at several different levels at once. Often, if you find that a puzzle is too hard there are multiple ways to crack it - and sometimes if you just wait long enough and concentrate on a different puzzle / area you will find clues that help you come back and clear the hurdle. If you're really good at puzzle games, you can blaze ahead... but no more feeling completely lost / bewildered / stupid and just giving up on the game because you've gotten everything done except one ridiculously way too-hard puzzle. There is always something else to do or to concentrate on, and different kinds of puzzles play to different strengths. I know this is already way too-long, but I could praise this game for another ten paragraphs. It's easily in my top five puzzle games of all time, and with each new chapter I play it edges closer to #1. Highly Recommended!
A Board Gamer’s Dream The spatial mechanics, drafting decisions, and tile-placement logic feel so tactile that Blue Prince practically screams for an official tabletop board game adaptation. It already possesses the DNA of an all-time great strategy board game. An essential purchase for anyone who loves deduction, architectural puzzles, and real mystery-solving.
