Reviews
It's deceptive how deep this game's rabbit hole goes. The hook feels simple: solve some puzzles, find the hidden room, and earn the deed to the estate. Then, as you progress, the delightful puzzles begin fleshing out the curious little world you're playing in, adding specificity and nuance. From bits and pieces of lore, there emerges an unexpectedly moving story. And as Blue Prince progressively constructs its own internal codes and systems of meaning, especially in its true final hours, the game uses those systems of meaning to say some really impactful things about you, the player. Blue Prince's systems are sometimes a little bit in tension with each other; roguelikes encourage momentum ("one more run! one more run!") whereas great puzzles like the ones in Blue Prince sometimes require days of rumination to really blossom. So I would encourage you to resist the temptation to seek nudges and hints outside of the game just to keep the momentum in full swing. Even the game's trickiest riddles are solvable with hints you can find scattered about the estate. It just might take a little time.

Every market we collect.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is The Ultimate Escape Room! A lot of the other reviews already cover the details - although i would highly discourage you from reading them. What i will say is this - if you enjoy solo puzzle games but don't want a game that just makes you solve puzzles in a linear fashion - this game is for you! You will find every sort of puzzle here, simple, advanced, one off, multi-layered, puzzles you've been solving without even knowing about it! Highly reccomend for puzzle fans - would not reccomend if you aren't really intersted in solving puzzles - but if you are checking out the comments for this game hopefully you are at least a bit interested.
It's one of the games that I am very glad I was recommended to play and to don't mind the negative reviews. It turned out to be amazing in almost every aspect and the game deserves the praise for that. I liked the art style, loved the music. I really enjoyed the roguelike mechanics while solving the mysteries and the idea is actually genius to me - to give permanent boost as rewards for solving the mysteries. I was really hooked into the game and got the first credit rolls in one week. Now I'm venturing forward to see what else i can find before reading the explanations and solutions on the web. I am really glad I've played this game and it was a great adventure. Solving the main story was one of the best experiences I've had in this type of games. The only 2 things that I can think of that didn't click for me was 1) the missing letter riddle - as non-native English speaker some of the words war far too uncommon for me, so I needed to check some of the solutions, 2) some of the mysteries are too ridiculous, especially codes to the safes. But I guess some people like this level of absurdity in the puzzles, so I'd say it's just not my type, but some others will like it.
This game honestly scratches an itch I didn't know I had. The combination of Roguelike elements with puzzle solving means that it'll be a long time before you find every secret the Holly Estate holds. Add to that interesting worldbuilding, genuinely clever puzzles, and progression that is as much about what you can figure out as what you find, and it's a genuinely good puzzle game. The only downside is that in the early game, you'll often find yourself getting stonewalled by RNG. Puzzles sometimes span multiple rooms, and if luck and unlocks aren't with you, then you won't have what you need to solve them. So it requires patience, persistence, and above all a different mindset from your typical puzzle game. You have to be prepared to fail forward. Sometimes, you'll have to leave a room with nothing but the notes that you took...and DO take notes. There's a lot here, and you'll sometimes have to reference back to things you haven't even been able to look at in a while. Some clues may require making observations across multiple placements of rooms before you understand them. It can be slow going to start overcoming the initial limitations and really cracking the secrets of the house. ...but it's worth it.
Beautiful game, amazing art direction and a fun twist on the puzzle genre
mina
The mixture of mystery, puzzles, and roguelite style progression makes this game entirely irresistible and impossible to put down as someone who is a bigger fan of roguelites than narrative-driven games. If you prefer story-driven mysteries then you may find the puzzles in Blue Prince too convoluted. To me, this game is perfect and I need 10 more like it.
You feel clever playing this game if you can beat it.
Fun.
