As a person who started playing the game when it first came out. I remember getting Aru and finished vol 1 and stopped from there. Then I saw Mika's design which made me come back to the game and used every pyroxene I had and started reading relationship stories until got her. That is when I officially started reading everything this game offered. Volume 2 made me interested in the relationship between the characters and dynamics with each other. Volume 3 with the mystery of who the traitor is, death of Seia, conspiracy of Misono Mika, Trinity and Gehenna's eden treaty, giving infinite chances to Saori and Mika, Volume F with "Everybody is here" type deal with saving the whole world and two special students. Volume EX with arrival of the certain characters, loss of the triplets which made me shed actual tears, and looking to the future to move forward, This is an game that has a special spot in my heart. Even though the game was very much special one of a kind game that differed from other gachas. With the interest of the game at its highest they fumbled the bag really hard by changing the gacha mechanic by showing 3 slides and talk for 3-5 minutes on the "5.5 Anniversary stream" where you get hyped to see what new characters will come out. Why change the gacha mechanic which served its purpose fine with 5 years to very predatory Hoyoverse's 50/50 luck. It doesn't even work with how the game currently works. If it was open world gacha games new character drops every month or so and there are so much ways to earn small amount of gacha points, In Blue Archive new 2 characters drop every 2 if you finish every story and Momo talk you will have to earn from Total Assault and Grand Assult with 800-1200 pyroxene and limited 10-pull ticket. You need 24k to guarantee 1 character and there is 2 of them. Even worst part is if you lose 50/50 they show popup ad that shows you can buy that character too with money. This changes destroyed the trust we the consumer had with the game. I should have realized that it was a game made by Nexon. This really makes me sad. with 7th pv showing different kind of mysteries are happening in kivotos with alternative world, Orwell's 1984, fake GSC president, no guns to be seen, Odyssey Maritime School which i forgot it exists as I have read them long ago, inconsistencies happening with characters, clothes, literally no weapons, and kivotos itself. Most importantly Shibasaki ramen is not being destroyed, Seia's bird, Nagisa not looking ladylike, Satsuki successfully hyptonizing people, Makoto showing annoyance towards Ibuki. Arc 2 vol 0 part 2, literal Gehenna volume with Hina and Makoto shaking hands which we have been asking for years. So many awesome things coming out. Yet Nexon shattered all the hype and excitement I was having to how should I save my pyroxenes, I guess I will skip out on getting this character. They really made all the F2P to only go for limited, anniversary characters which will stop showing up after 2 years later. As much as I want to delete this game and forget about it. I can't as I have 5 years of memories I have with the characters and world itself. Only way I can help with the movement of reverting gacha mechanic back to the original is to not use any money. and read the stories when it comes out. Other than that I will probably not engage with any other things related to the game. You really have done goofed Nexon
