Blooming Business: Casino

[b]Biggest potential problem: [i]Blooming Business: Casino[/i] is [u]very[/u] [u]easy[/u].[/b] (The management/tycoon aspect is, at least.) Scenarios give you heaps of starting cash, and every machine seems to pay for itself. In normal play, it's essentially impossible to go bankrupt unless you're missing a basic feature (e.g. you forgot to hire any clerks) or the scenario's gimmick modifies your wallet/spending somehow This is by design, I think. Individual scenarios aren't meant to take more than an hour or so, and they're more about the story and characters than managing the casino moment-to-moment — you have plenty of money, but a scenario might (for example) ask you to attract a certain number of a guest type to a specific room, or sell a number of a certain drink at the bar, and the "challenge" is in figuring out how to make that happen BB:C is a good game for you if you play tycoon/management games more for the story, the decoration/design, and the excitement of watching the little ants scurry around the ant-farm you built for them. If you play tycoon/management games for the challenges of running a business, you will bounce right off I'm in the former category, so I really like it. The vibes are immaculate, 10/10 visuals, 10/10 music, QOL/accessibility is great, and the story (though very PG and lacking the kind of Scorsese crime grit you might expect) is enough to keep me engaged. It seems like this game has badly under-sold and that breaks my heart for how much charm it's got [b]To address the devs directly:[/b] 1) The foot-room requirement for a lot of buildings makes it hard to design natural-looking spaces. Not only can't I place furniture in other furniture's foot-room, but I can't have furniture's foot-room overlap with [i]other[/i] furniture's foot-room. I have to put couches 2m apart from each other! I can't put chairs in front of tables! It's insanity and it really limits my creativity. If it's a balance concern, I'd be okay with some kind of "anarchy mode", where clients can path through furniture but achievements get disabled as a trade-off or something 2) Do consider that copywriting portfolio I sent to your web form a few months back xoxoxo (I'm only joking, unless it works, then I'm not joking)

Not what I expected from a casino tycoon game... 1h for a tutorial and then when I finally do something the game just got stuck...

It is a easy game for sure, with a very simple design and layout even casual players can master it quickly. Lovely characters that reduced lots of stress in playing. Feeling sorry to see it no further updates. Anyway, its still a good game after all .
