Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 18 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Rating: 7.8/10 Bloody Glimpse is a fast-paced indie FPS that combines intense gunplay with horror elements and large-scale monster battles. While it doesn't have the polish of bigger shooters, it offers an entertaining experience with plenty of action, a surprising amount of content, and an old-school arcade feel.

Bloody Glimpse is a gritty first-person shooter developed by Racing Bros and published by ANPA.US that aims to deliver a raw, no-frills blast of action infused with horror imagery and survival themes. It places players into a hostile, nightmarish setting where conventional military operations quickly devolve into a desperate fight against grotesque creatures. The game wears its low-budget, indie identity openly, focusing less on cinematic polish and more on relentless forward momentum, frequent firefights, and an unapologetically violent tone. The premise sets the stage with a familiar but effective hook. You are part of a military patrol operating in a remote desert region when the mission goes catastrophically wrong. Under cover of darkness, your squad is picked off one by one, leaving you isolated and confused as strange entities emerge from the shadows. When dawn arrives, the goal becomes simple: survive, locate your missing teammates, and uncover what transformed a routine operation into a supernatural bloodbath. The narrative is intentionally minimal, conveyed through brief cutscenes and environmental context rather than deep character development, and it functions primarily as a framework to justify the game’s constant escalation into combat. Gameplay is centered almost entirely around shooting. Bloody Glimpse throws a steady stream of enemies at the player, ranging from smaller, fast-moving threats to towering monstrosities that function as boss encounters. The weapon selection is broad enough to keep things from becoming monotonous, offering a mix of rifles, heavier firearms, and situational tools designed to handle different enemy types. Combat emphasizes aggression and reaction speed rather than tactical finesse, pushing players to keep moving, manage ammo, and prioritize targets under pressure. While this approach can be immediately satisfying, the underlying gunplay often feels loose, with limited feedback and inconsistent enemy reactions that undermine the sense of impact. Enemy design leans heavily into grotesque horror aesthetics, featuring creatures that feel more demonic than human. Visually, they serve their purpose as threats meant to intimidate and overwhelm, but mechanically they tend to behave predictably. AI routines are relatively simple, leading to encounters that become repetitive once patterns are learned. Boss fights introduce larger health pools and more imposing visuals, yet they often boil down to endurance tests rather than encounters that meaningfully change how you approach combat. This repetition can dull tension over time, especially during longer play sessions. The game’s environments attempt to reinforce a sense of isolation and unease. Desert landscapes, abandoned structures, and shadow-filled ruins create a bleak atmosphere that fits the horror-inflected tone. However, level design is fairly linear, with limited exploration or environmental interaction beyond moving from one combat arena to the next. Visually, the game shows its age and budget constraints, with basic textures and lighting that occasionally succeed at mood-setting but rarely stand out as memorable. Technical roughness, including occasional visual glitches and uneven performance, further reminds players of the project’s indie scope. Sound design plays a functional but unremarkable role. Weapon effects provide basic auditory feedback, and enemy noises help telegraph incoming threats, but the overall audio landscape lacks dynamic range. Music is sparse, often taking a backseat to ambient sounds, which can enhance tension in quieter moments but also leaves intense battles feeling oddly flat. Voice work and dialogue are minimal, reinforcing the game’s focus on action over storytelling. Bloody Glimpse also includes multiplayer and co-op options, along with cross-platform functionality and Steam Achievements, suggesting an effort to extend its lifespan beyond the single-player campaign. In practice, these features struggle to shine due to limited player activity and a lack of depth in multiplayer modes. While playing cooperatively can make the experience more enjoyable by adding a social layer to the chaos, finding active sessions is not always easy, and the core mechanics remain unchanged regardless of mode. Community reception reflects the game’s uneven execution. Some players appreciate Bloody Glimpse as a straightforward, old-school-style shooter that prioritizes constant action and gore over refinement. For this audience, its rough edges are part of its charm, evoking a sense of throwback experimentation. Others are far less forgiving, citing shallow mechanics, repetitive encounters, and a lack of polish as major drawbacks. These divided opinions have resulted in a mixed overall reputation, positioning the game firmly within niche territory rather than mainstream appeal. Ultimately, Bloody Glimpse is a game driven by raw intent rather than careful craftsmanship. It succeeds in delivering moments of frantic gunplay and grotesque spectacle, but it struggles to sustain engagement due to repetitive design and underdeveloped systems. For players who enjoy chaotic, budget FPS experiences and are willing to overlook technical shortcomings in favor of nonstop action, it can provide short-term entertainment. For those seeking tight shooting mechanics, strong atmosphere, or meaningful narrative progression, Bloody Glimpse is more likely to feel like a fleeting curiosity than a lasting impression.
