Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Aug 22 → 1.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Blacksmith Master puts you in charge of your own medieval forge and has you manage resource acquisition and refinement alongside the production and sale of finished goods. Find and hire the best staff for each respective step of the process and equip them with the right tools to optimize your business and train their skills over time. Design your shop for the best throughput, fulfill orders from across the kingdom to unlock new capabilities, and seek out new opportunities in the market as customers come in looking for a variety of historically inspired items – from weapons and armor to tools and cooking utensils, you’ll perfect your craft to become the Blacksmith Master.

Tucked away through the winding alleys of a small medieval town lies your workshop – at first just a humble place for a humble blacksmith, but with potential for greatness. From here you control the entire production chain – take charge of distant woodcutter camps and mines to acquire raw materials, smelting your ores into ingots and then crafting weapons, armor, tools, and jewelry to put on display and sell to customers for a profit.
Fulfill orders from different parts of the kingdom to unlock new privileges and capabilities, including the ability to design new products. Design your shop to make the best use of space, ensuring there’s enough room for the production and sale of goods alike, all while adding personal touches to liven up an otherwise dreary space. As your reputation grows, so too will your operation, and it won’t be long before you become a master of your craft.

Be it a footman’s sword, a woodsman’s ax, or an inn keeper’s frying pan, everything you produce will require raw materials either dug up from the earth, or acquired from the deep woods spread around the kingdom. Hire miners and woodcutters, equip them appropriately, and build up their camps to ensure they remain efficient – without them, you won’t be able to produce any finished goods.
So will you invest in rest stations and additional staff at these distant outposts, spending time and money to keep your workers healthy and happy? Or will you minimize these frivolous costs to maximize profits at every corner? Perhaps your money is better spent hiring and paying the wages of talented smiths at your shop itself? And there’s always the need to upgrade your shop to include multiple storeys and more advanced manufacturing methods allowing you to craft more interesting items that in turn build up your reputation and draw a bigger crowd…

Whether you take direct control and get your hands dirty at the forge or instead rely entirely on your staff to get the job done, there will be many different ways to craft items in Blacksmith Master – some will require a longer process which includes heating an ingot, hammering it on an anvil, tempering it, assembling parts, and finally sharpening it on a grinding wheel. Other items will be simpler to make, requiring fewer tools as well as less effort and time, though they might sell for a smaller profit margin and do less for your reputation as a result.
Your job will be to research and develop exciting new goods for people to buy as you optimize your workspace to ensure your team of blacksmiths can work in tandem, creating goods from the simple to the highly complex, servicing customers from and around your small town with items like:
Military equipment - a multitude of weapons, shields, and armor.
Kitchen utensils - spoons, forks, pots, cauldrons and everything in between.
Tools - from axes to hammers, take your pick!
Jewelry - necklaces, rings, bracelets, and crowns all fetch a handsome price.
Plus many others!

Different blacksmiths will have different skills that you need to cultivate. Some will be great at working with metal, others will be talented with woodwork, and others still might be particularly proficient with gems or excel at researching new techniques and items. WIth your guidance, your staff will grow more skilled over time. Will you train them as generalists, ensuring they all have support when needed, or will you seek to train famed specialists?

Hat mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht, auch wenn es zwischendurch ein wenig eintönig war. Doch die Erfolge hielten einen "bei der Stange". Nach 34 Std. hatte ich alle Erfolge erreicht.

It's a cool concept but after a few hours the grind for mastery points get very time consuming and at some point you are just fastforwading days to get mastery points be crafting items of a certain rarity. I would suggest making the crafting threshold lower and adding more stuff to do in the mid-late game. All in all it was fun for the 1st 20h, i would recommended it.
I hit a thumbs up, but I do need to give a small review. Its more of a 50/50, not an outright positive. This game is basically an idle game with a few clicks as you play in fast forward. You accept merchant orders, wait till theyre filled, get money, repeat. The unlocks happen via items created, which takes longer and longer, but nothing bad, because again, game is literally played in fast forward (you can play normal speed, but that would be torture). You can eventually upgrade your items via reseach points, which bring in small increases to sale prices. I doubt ill play this again, after my run as of so far. This game is like a mobile idle game, except no adds, and i dont find it fun, but I did rate it up, as it is easy to understand, you do have some freedoms on building and placement, as well as controlling what your workers do. It is a game if you need to zone off and dont want to focus on too much. I do wish the design choices were much more, its a reskin of their tavern game, with the same graphic choices etc, so nothing new. Its a game, but, barely.
Get it on sale, but not bad. Since it's a positive review, here's the bad first: - I've 100% this game at the 30 hour mark. Full tech tree, achievements, etc. That's... not great, and there's not really any replayability to the game, I don't think. I may spin it up one more time to try hard mode, but... - Once you get to the end game, there isn't really an end. You just keep going until you get the last achievements. I let the game run and started puttering around my desk doing other things, goofing on my phone, etc. Weak finish. Ok, now the good: - It is satisfying to move up the tech tree, to get the supply lines running, eliminate bottle necks, all that. I had my smithy running like a well oiled machine at the end, it was sweet. - The game makes the automation easier than I would have expected. You assign a blacksmith (or assistant) to a task, and they just keep doing that task. Out of a resource? they'll just make other things for the shop or a different contract. Easy as pie, and will resume their task once you fix the supply issue. - It's a mellow game. Easy to play after work when my brain is numb, with just enough stimulus to keep me making decisions, but not enough stress to add to my day. If you are looking for a high pressure game, it may not be for you, but it's what I need some days. Overall, it's a fun enough game. I got it on sale, and that was a good decision I think.
Please for the love of Talos let assistants pull from multiple chests in one trip, I am sick and tired of watching them pick out a single item from the closest chest while all the others have 50 items piling up in them. Or at least make the chest interaction faster so I don't need 5 of them in a line, otherwise a queue forms of my entire workforce behind them as they open and close the same chest over and over. In fact, ideally I'd love it if you phased out the chests in mid-late game entirely. Make a drop shoot that goes down to the lower floor so the assistants don't need to walk up and down stairs over and over, and so they aren't standing in the same line as the blacksmiths to access the chests, that would be great. Also also, I'd really appreciate it if turning were faster. Why are all of my employees playing with tank control. It probably doesn't really take as long as it feels, but it FEELS excruciating. Besides that, awesome game, really enjoy it. For the actual review part of this review, Blacksmith Master is a great factory optimization game that, in my opinion, could do with some mechanical optimization itself (if you couldn't already tell that from the rant). Besides the slow turning and unnecessary lines, I've also noticed workers will sometimes choose the furthest away workstation to craft something despite there being an empty one right next to them. To be clear, none of this will actually affect your progression too harshly, it just all hurts to see from someone who really likes things to be optimized, which can sometimes feel impossible in this game. But, if I let that urge go, I have a lot of fun building up a little smithy.
