big fan. but... all of the ai is ruining it for me. you had artists before, why cant you either reuse old sprites or pay more people to do art for you? ai pushes customers away and negatively effects the environment. it makes the game seem lazily made, which it isnt. ive been playing for 6 years now but lately ive lost interest due to the overuse of ai. i dont know if this will reach the devs, but i thought it would be worth a shot.

Genuinely unplayable I played this game a couple years back and it didn’t have any ads. Now anytime you want to do something you have to watch and ad first. Wouldn’t even call this a game with ads, it’s really just ads with a game attached.

False advertising Seems like for a lot of people who have bitizen, especially those who had the pre 2020 version, are deleting the game as a whole now due to false advertising. When bitizen was bought, we were told explicitly that ALL future expansions, job packs, and special features would be free. Not just the ones they feel like releasing for free.

Lying Dev They sell u bundle but will not honor it. For example, they exclude the movie director job from the job pack.

Scammed Me I paid for an in app purchase back in 2019 that promised all future content. They now expect me to pay for new content. Might be one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with this app.

AI Slop + Breach of promise AI slop being sold to us? Yuck. Also not following through on promises to those who originally bought Bitizenship and making the newest job pack locked for us? Also gross. Would give 0 if I could.

Money hungry Got the bitizenship like 6 years ago for maybe $5 and now they want to charge more money for extensions. They are just so money hungry. The worst part is how much everything cost, why is it so much?? If it was like $1 or $2 for an extra perk that would be alright but $20 or $15 is just ridiculous. The sad part is I actually really like this game and always have but spending upwards of or $100 to be able to do everything the game is capable of is just to much and unrealistic.

Fraud Scam I had everything unlock on this app now they trying to recharge me for things I already purchased not far great game but this isn't cool

A Once Great Game, Ruined By Greed This game was great, until it wasn’t. I purchased a number of packs, including the Bitcitizen. I was not a legacy member, but I was still promised all future job packs. As a workaround, they no longer come out with job packs - just jobs labeled as “expansion packs”. Additionally, they promised the “vampire pack” as a future job when I purchased Bitcitizen, but then released it as an expansion pack, so I didn’t receive it. BitLife was a great game, but now is run by money hungry devs who care about micro transactions more than quality.

BitLife Developers Are Liars I bought the bitizen pass years and years ago as an early adopter of the game and it was supposed to include all future job packs and updates for free. Well it was one thing when they started adding the items that let you cheat your way to be famous or to be wealthy or whatever, but how is the new director job not part of the job pack? This is insane and needs to be corrected. There is really no excuse
