The controller is very smooth to play with, mainly because it's more fun to play with friends. This generation also has more puzzle solving content, which is more diverse. I will try again with more people later
If you are looking for a good co-op and/or puzzle-platforming game, avoid this.

Stick to Biped 1, seriously.
Unfortunately, Biped 2 is not a good successor to the first game. At first, it feels like they just copy-pasted a lot of the first game, since the music, sounds, menus and many assets are pretty much the same. While the ideas behind the various new mechanics seem creative and fun, many of them feel neither polished nor properly playtested. Some prime examples: - Ghosts: It takes way too long to capture them, and you get randomly aggroed by ghosts far too often. - Pipes: You misplace the pipes very often, it feels hard to pick them up, and placing them on the correct field feels extremely clunky. The drone movement is also very inconsistent, and missing once can cost you a lot of time. - Homing missiles/cannons: Sometimes they spawn-kill you, while other times they fly over your shield, making them impossible to block. Honestly, the sheer amount of mechanics currently featured in the game makes it feel rather bloated and artificially stretched out. Some of these mechanics are simply extremely slow, frustrating and time-consuming. In general, the whole game currently feels like it lacks a lot of QA and UX polish. The devs should really focus on fixing bugs and improving the overall game experience rather than adding X new mechanics that nobody asked for. While playing with a friend, we encountered so much clunkiness and so many bugs that every session became more and more frustrating. One of the main reasons for this is the netcode. The non-host player consistently has a high ping, even when using Steam's servers, although both of us have fiber. There is also no way to manually change or even see the server region, which was easily possible in the first game. The small Wi-Fi icon in the upper-left corner which indicates the connection quality also goes absolutely crazy all the time. Some more examples that underline the lack of QA: - The non-host player sometimes cannot open the shop while in the lobby. - Camera movement is sometimes attrocious. - The time-challenge and "beat the last level" achievement is host-only, while all other achievements are shared. Why not sync those two as well? It's 2026, not 2010. - When you finish a custom level, you get softlocked and cannot return to the menu or click anything. You literally have to Alt+F4 the game to get out. - The ending makes absolutely no sense and leaves more questions than answers. - Some stars can only be acquired by completing challenges within a certain amount of time. However, the game does not properly tell you what time you need to beat or even that this is a requirement in the first place. You basically have to Google it to find out. I really don't want to talk too badly about this game, especially since it was made by a smaller developer. I genuinely appreciate that the devs are still working on the game and fixing issues. However, in its current state, I cannot recommend it. We'll see how the game improves in the future, but right now, Biped 2 is simply not worth playing. I definitely recommend Biped 1 instead, which is much more polished and is a really great and fun co-op game.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

They tried so hard to add diverse mechanics and challenges that they forgot about actual fun. Since the dev asked for explanations, and Steam want allow comments longer that 1000 characters, I will edit the original review. I wanted to take more time to play the game a little bit more and give you a more expanded reply, but since we haven't played any more since then, I will provide my feedback based on the four levels my buddy and I have completed so far. 1. Distance between players is too small. I feel like I'm glued to my buddy all the time. Even when you find yourself on a small location, you often cannot explore different parts of it at the same time. 2. The shaman. I've read that the shaman is a recent addition to the game, and I don't know why you decided to add it, but the shaman is just obnoxious; why would I want to read walls of text written for children every several minutes? 3. Puzzles are mediocre so far. During the cart ride minigame I couldn't see the path far enough and had to gamble where to turn closer to the end of the road and missed a bunch of coins because of that. Why am I punished for a gamble I had to take? Another example, projectile deflection minigame. It can be completed just by standing near the starting wall with the shield sticking out. And how should this minigame encourage cooperation, just by standing back to back at the center of the arena without moving? 4. Lack of small, fun interactions. The game just doesn't have small fun interactions between players during the game. It's just finish the puzzle, explore the next area while glued to each other, go to the next puzzle, rinse, repeat. For example, on one level players have to shoot at targets using a melon cannon; why can't I shoot one of the robots at the target? I know it's additional coding, but that's what makes the game actually fun, when you can find these small interactions and secrets, not just solving one puzzle after another. 5. Overall UX. Why do you need to put players in the lobby after each level, why not just have Retry/Continue pop-up? Why are edges so slippery; you cannot reliably stand on the edge of the map without fear of falling. Why can't some cutscenes be skipped? Overall, it feels like the thought process behind the game design was not "How can we build on our first game to make it more fun" but "How can we make the game more diverse". These are two different things, and while yes, during the first four levels we already encountered multiple different puzzles and minigames I cannot tell that they were fun to solve and complete.

There’s a lot more content than the first generation, the puzzles are really fun, and also have the Friend's Pass. You can also enjoy it with friends and strengthen your friendship.
