About

Welcome to BioEden, a cozy management game where you will build a self-sustaining network of structures, all working in harmony to bring extinct animals back to life. As a Keeper, you have been entrusted by the Cosmic Collective to bring life back to a planet quietly waiting to be healed. Every healing begins with a single step. This one is yours.

Upon your arrival, search for debris sites scattered across the land, they are the foundation of your journey. Recycle them into resources, and use those to build the base of your network: a solar energy system to generate electricity, and a water system to distribute it across all your buildings. Connect them together, weave a network across the land, and manage the supply and demand for every structure you create.
But plan with care. Each addition to your planet consumes resources, draws on energy, and nudges pollution upward. Find the balance between creation, exploration, and restraint, to accomplish the very mission that brought you here.

This world reached out, and you answered.
Recycle your buildings once they have served their purpose. Purify your planet’s lakes and rivers. Reclaim its forgotten ruins. Restore the soil, and watch as life slowly returns to a landscape that had almost given up. Transform this barren planet into a thriving eden, and leave no trace that you were ever there.
You are not just building a home. You are becoming a force of renewal.

On your planet, life is ready to return. Inside your dome, you'll welcome back dozens of extraordinary species, each with its own needs. Gather DNA samples, place your cocoons, and carefully tend to the conditions each creature requires: temperature, humidity, and the right vegetation to make them feel truly at home. Meet their needs, and watch these gentle beings flourish.

The Collective brings together five distinct Guilds, each with its own identity, abilities, and archetype. United by a shared goal, each Guild also pursues its own ambitions, shaped by its core purpose and values. Your choice of Guild defines how you approach your mission: the methods may differ, the philosophies may clash, but the planet needs healing all the same. Choose your path wisely.

In BioEden, you can take the time you need. No fail states, no pressure, just the quiet pull of discovery and the deep satisfaction of watching a world transform through your choices. Let the soft sounds of nature envelop you as you tend, wander, and watch your planet gently come back to life.
Sums Steam only; Xbox, Nintendo, PlayStation publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Reviews
Really enjoyed this one. What I particularly like about BioEden is the ecological message at its core. In a genre where you’re usually encouraged to exploit resources, expand endlessly and turn nature into numbers, here the whole objective is basically the opposite: you’re there to heal the planet. You take devastated, lifeless worlds and gradually bring them back to life. Restoring ecosystems, cleaning up the environment and seeing vegetation and wildlife return is genuinely satisfying, and it gives your actions a meaning beyond simply building the next thing. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere. It’s relaxing, beautiful and rewarding to simply watch these worlds slowly recover because of what you’ve done. It’s not trying to be the deepest or most challenging management game out there, and I think that’s fine. Its strength is the concept, the atmosphere and the feeling of actually making a positive difference. In a world where we’re constantly reminded of how much we’re damaging our own planet, I honestly appreciate a game that lets you do the opposite for a change. A small, original and surprisingly meaningful experience. Highly recommended.

Fun casual game. Just finished my first playthrough with the first guild I chose post tutorial. It was a good time. I think ill give it another playthrough with a different guild next time. I do wish the areas you explore outside your starting bounds were a little more expansive, it was still time well spent. The gameplay is rather repetitive, but I think being able to choose different guilds brings some balance to the repetition.
Cozy
Its going to be a loooong game... For what it is. But I quite enjoyed it. Took me 31 hours to finish everything including achievements and it couldve been faster. Controls are pretty straightforward. After getting used to, you just kinda memorize how the game works. Playthroughs can vary per session with different guilds but can feel almost the same except for a few choices that allow for efficiency. The colors may hurt your eyes and brain. Mine did. Could be polished some more.
This game has an awesome concept, but it has a few problems. The worst one is how slow it is. I'm not someone who would tend to speed through a game, but in order to not invite disaster, you can only have very few buildings up at once, and in order to clean up the biome, you need to wait to place the high expense buildings like antennas and such. So I cleaned up all the waste, and then I re-built a research center near "ruins" only to realize I was at 20 research and I needed 50. Even on the highest speed, this was going to take a while, and I had nothing else to do but wait. I tend to play games in a very careful style, and since this one invites disaster very quick into any builds, it was very slow, indeed. After I realized the amount of time I'd be waiting for my research points to trickle in, I decided this game wasn't for me. It's sad, because I liked the wildlife de-extinction aspect... But I'll probably wander back to other management sims that have a more balanced pace.
