Big Ambitions is a revolutionary role-playing business sim. Go from nothing to the biggest entrepreneur in New York by opening small businesses or slowly building huge corporations any way you like.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 20/day in the week to Aug 28 → 78.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Your bank balance is tiny, but your ambitions are big.
With a little help from your uncle, you get an apartment and your first job. But then it's up to you to achieve success and take over New York City any way you like.
Slowly build multiple small businesses, grow them into huge corporations, or carve your own unique path – the possibilities are limitless in this vast business sandbox. You've never played anything like this!
Go from a small apartment and public transport to luxury suites, fast cars and designer furniture. Put your money into investment funds and real estate. Succeed, fail, rebuild. But remember to take care of yourself, sleep and stay happy on your rise to the top.
Do you have what it takes to build your own empire?

Go from nothing to the most prominent tycoon in New York. Start a business, work smart, make it thrive and enjoy your life. How do you want to be successful? How far can you push it? How long can you make it last?
Start your own gift shop, supermarket, coffee shop, law firm, clothing store, liquor store, florist, and more. You decide what success is - whether it’s a single shop, a chain of fast-food restaurants, a huge corporation, or making millions developing websites.
Take out a loan, rent a building, design the logo, renovate the store, get stock, manage your money, hire staff, and build your infrastructure. Soon, you may have to start importing products from the harbour and distributing them through a network of warehouses.
A bigger business means managers. Hire HR Managers, Logistics Managers, and Purchasing Agents. They all need desks and computers, so you’ll need a fancy headquarters.
Need a delivery truck? Travel to a dealer and buy one. Need food? Go to a supermarket, but make sure you have a refrigerator at home. Big Ambitions is a life sim where your character has to physically interact with the world to survive and succeed.
Enter any building in New York and buy it. Go from a small apartment to a dream penthouse in midtown, a luxurious townhouse in Hell’s Kitchen, or a series of skyscrapers. Fill each with furniture that suits your style and standing. Invest your hard-earned cash in real estate to grow your empire. Take over the city piece by piece.
Spend your wealth however you wish. Buy a big SUV, a speedy sports car, or the new luxurious Mersaidi S500. Maybe risk it all at the casinos or put your money into investment funds and reap the rewards.
As you progress, you always need to ensure you get enough sleep and stay healthy and happy. Enjoy the journey, for as you grow older, you’ll discover that money can’t buy you time... or can it?
Big Ambitions takes what you love about the viral sensation ‘Startup Company’ to even greater heights.

Great game!
!!!Новичкам рекомендую не проходить кампанию, а сразу стартовать за бомжа с 0 долларами в свободной игре на средней или даже высокой сложности и самому разбираться что да как. По началу будет что-то типа survival но вот тогда игра зайдет)
Many possibilities, everything seems to be working, progression is interesting and scales well, and a seemingly deep economy simulation, I like this game very much. Here are some negative points: - NPCs changing lanes are insane - some QOL for the management is missing - in my first run on medium it seems impossible to fail/ too easy But I always want to play and grow everything so those minor things don't matter too much. Also 1.0 is coming up.
Writing a review for this game has been a long time coming. I just want to be hooked on it before I write it. I will say that this game is honestly one of the best early access games right now, at least with EA 0.10 or 0.11 later on. Spoiler alert if you want to play the game yourself for the first time.
What's the Deal?
The core gameplay is a mix of the Sims (life simulator) and a tycoon game: you live your life and manage a business empire. You can travel around The Big Apple, go into every open store, purchase anything you'd like, eat anything you'd like, buy yachts, gamble, get rich etc. etc. The game also features time skip features if you'd like to skip the waiting for processes such as reading books. It's very addicting. I've got more than a hundred hours into this game (plus even more from a pirated copy of EA 0.8 back in the day, which convinced me to buy it).
A Great Economic Simulator. Full Stop.
Despite being a very casual game where you can literally do anything you want if you have the money for it in-game, the economic simulation is honestly great for its casual nature. It really encapsulates how you run a business and have to manage it as if you owned that business. You would also get managers later on, but it's still your call, your actions on what happens next. The game features wholesalers, importers, warehouses, factories, retail, service, and office businesses... that's a lot of systems. All of it in just one game. They interconnect beautifully so you can switch from setting up Hairdresser's one day, then pivot to setting up Law Firms the next, and then make some Cafes to sell coffee the next, to finally establishing factories so you can replace coffee from wholesalers/importers to just making your own. Optimizations galore! It's so seamless, and the only limits are how much money you have in-game. Take it from someone who put countless hours in other econ sims like city builders (Cities Skylines, SimCity, Tropico, Workers and Resources), OpenTTD, to Kairosoft games, to even good tycoon games on Roblox. This scratches that "numbers go up" itch while having a lot of other stuff to play around with. There are Rivals who will do hostile business actions against you in their respective neighbourhoods, so... if you need to prove a point about how good your management skills are, you can stick it to them. The economics can be a bit wonky in certain places, however. As an example, putting the rent prices so low compared to buying properties, encourages actually running businesses instead of landlording and merely collecting rent. The problem arises when you rent a bunch of buildings early on; Rivals who would otherwise refuse to lease their buildings to you, won't break the lease if you are already leasing them before the Rivalry starts . It's a funny and OP example, but I won't be surprised if this gets patched out. It's just otherwise solid for most purposes... emphasis on most of them.
Other Great Things
Is the gameplay not enough? There are also other boons with this game!

Tired of having new releases needing graphics card costing an arm and a leg? Well, I attached my specs. Despite it being a 6-year old gaming laptop able to run AAA games only from the 2010s, I can get a stable 60 FPS with medium settings on this game. Finally, a game I can run smoothly!
You can customize your house, decorate it, and feel like a true millionaire!
Want to troll in this game? Nobody is stopping you!
The developer is working hard and implemented changes from the community. I put in close to 100 hours on EA 0.9, then upgraded to EA 0.10, and now they're working on EA 0.11. I distinctly remember how driving trucks from Industry City on the narrow two-lane bridge was a pain, let alone do it dozens of times with a "W-key" macro, so they implemented a teleport feature to address it. Thanks Hovgaard!
What does the EA 0.11 update promise? Mod support!
Overall, just a really solid mix of both the Sims (without the obnoxious DLCs) and economic simulators (without the number crunching) that satisfies itches with both. I just can't recommend this game enough. Get it on full price. You won't regret it.
So far hits all the points i wanted. Management, Sim and building.
I parked flatbed trolley on the middle of the road. then i went back home to play this game and park again. Edit: need to earn more money and sleep Huang Guo's wife to show dominant
