Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is a lot of fun to play a little every day, it's challenging but never unfair and a nice take on the Space Invaders concept.
https://youtu.be/H8viCOcOmLc Slow progression and no clear connection the the 'beat' theme keeps the game from clicking into place gameplay wise.

I like the old school style arcade games and own a few originals. I like this game so much that when I retire (soon!) and have the time, I will build an arcade machine based on this game with the marquee and all external art based on this game. For anyone who loves old school arcade games THIS IS THE BEST MODERN RETRO! I'm terrible at Geometry Wars but I'd put that on here too as part of cool modern retro games. But this one is by far my favorite of modern retro. I have quite a few favorites, but this one reigns supreme. I like the pacing and the upgrades I like that the game is not over in a blink; it caters to noobs and has legs for the guys who can really play well (which I am not; I'm average or below, and I find it fun!). The music and graphics are great. I was part of the OG wave of 3D guys back in the 80's and 90's and I give this a chef's kiss nod to the retro polys, but modern designs taste and bringing back the best of the 80's color palettes, etc. Seriously, this is a great tribute to what made arcade games, arcade games. I wish this got more attention on Steam I think many would enjoy it. I'm busy with life and catching up on my games and so I haven't played this in a long time but I feel a strong need to provide some positive input here because this should be rated as overwhelmingly positive. It is well worth the price as it is, but maybe to get this game in front of more eyes, he should do some sales on it (if he hasn't), and if not, he should get this in front of some YouTube gamers to show it off because, it's a hidden gem!!! Keep up the great work Raffaele!!! This is lightning in a bottle! You did a great job with music, pacing, upgrades... everything. This is the best 10 bucks anyone could spend on gaming. There are 25 dollar indie games that are no where near is as fun. I'm not even a heavy shump player and I love it. I will buy the future games he makes in this style or universe. I love it. If this is the best Space Invaders type of game, I'd love to see his take on a Spy Hunter, Gauntlet, Asteroids, Robotron, Pole Position (Horizon Chase is great for this already, but how about a WipEOut game in this neon style?), and Defender. Atari should work with this guy to do retro style games for them.
EDIT: i've now played 45 hours of this game... it's brilliant... Original Review: Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. Picked this up in the sale only sort of knowing what to expect. It's brilliant. The game knows whatit is and wants to be (Roguelike galaga) and it executes really well, tight design, good difficulty curve and time sucking gameplay. I sat down at 8pm to play for an hour and then it was 1am..... This is well, well worth it at full price, let alone in the sale where it's a steal!...
great graphics, nice music and good gameplay.
fun
A great arcade game that makes a good use of the Godot engine, it looks great, sounds great and plays like a good roguelike. Beat Invaders has a thought out gameplay you would not expect at first with many ways to play it has a real stratregic thinking. As usual for roguelikes the start can be a little difficult. I recommend it is a lot better than I actually expected as I review this years post release this ages very well. Perfect for handeld console in short burst or you'll get mad !! 8.5/10
Cool revisitation of space invaders. The addition of the cargo (?) ships that can help you during the fight it's way cooler. The only thing I didn't like completely is the story mode because the enemy position scheme it's always the same. If you have the same opinion you can easily play the daily or weekly challenge and enjoy the game.
