这游戏对我来说,还是蛮有意思的,就是没有汉化。让整个中国人无法正常游玩。
Beachhead 2020 OMG, I didnt have any idea there was a new beachhead. Let's get this out of the way: WE NEED MULTIPLAYER!!!! but otherwise, I have been enjoying my time with the game. Rouge is something that can be so much more and along with battles these would be the prime modes to recieve multiplayer with their coin gathering mechanics. Would be really fun to compete in real time. This game right now shows real promise with updated visuals and enjoyable yet challenging combat. I've tried all the modes and have taken a deep dive into the mechanics involved, it seems the rogue and battles modes have the most stuff going on. There is stuff to buy and upgrades to completely change your game experience. Traditional beachhead is also great, I've always loved arcade mode, it's a blast!!!

Oh, wow! I've been on the waitlist for this for a couple of years already and forgot all about it. This game has evolved significantly; the graphics have improved a lot, and they've added three additional game modes. From what I see the arcade version is like a remake or remaster of the original, and it's the closest to the original, but now they've added a survival mode to it, making it an endless level until you die. It works, it's challenging, but that seems to be the idea. The Battles mode looks fancy, and from what I can gather, it's the core game of the new Beachhead. The arcade and survival versions are more of a single one shot game and don't have all the features of the marketplace. The switching of weapons on the fly is well done and fun to play, pretty much like the original but with more weapons. The marketplace is comprehensive and there's many cool upgrades to buy. Cant wait to see the upcoming weapons. The rogue version offers much of the same as the battles in terms of the marketplace, It also has its own levels to beat and unlock. They incorporate cards in this version you get while playing you can use to boost in game stats and collecting tons really adds a element of chaos to the game. The developers want input from the users and as long as they continue to build up this game I see a lot of potential for it to become something very different. Bugs aside, this is a great game.
I bought this game for the VR playability Ive always enjoyed beachhead games and had high hopes..Unfortunately I use a HP Reverb G2 which this game doesnt like....Turns out not all VR headsets have support....YET....I kept this game because just playing it in standard mode is enjoyable as well...I am prepared to wait for future Reverb G2 support with this one...Im surprised there is only a single beachhead game with VR a gun turret game like this one should be common in VR..
I've about given up. I have tried this game with a 2019 macbook pro which met the system requirements and now also with a brand new mac mini which again i believe has the requirements. It hangs or crashes no matter what i do, sometimes straight away sometimes after a few minutes but very dissappointed as its not an issue I'm having with any other steam games curerently. Would love to contact someone for support.....very sad as its perfect for the rexy wheel setup i'm using.
I've been a Beachhead player ever since the original 8 bit version on my C64. This is, without doubt, the best BH experience I've ever had. I remember playing BH 2000 in the arcade on the VR type headset cabinet, and was blown away by the new gaming experience. Now you can do it at home with the advent of modern VR. The experience is an enhanced version of the 2000 game, with a lot extra thrown in. Can't recommend enough!
