Battle Chasers: Nightwar

Ofrece un sistema de combate por turnos que es tanto desafiante como satisfactorio. La progresión de personajes es sólida, con un montón de habilidades y opciones para personalizar tu equipo. Los mapas están llenos de secretos y misiones secundarias que te mantienen enganchado. El ritmo es excelente y siempre hay algo nuevo por descubrir. Un RPG con una jugabilidad adictiva y bien pulida. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Is a great game; art is dope, creating a good team is fun, and I didn't notice any heavy grind (it's slow though, so way better with a speedhack)

Beautifully made RPG based on Battle Chasers comic series, that i had no idea about and still don't to be honest. I'm sure those who read it would probably like game even more with nods to the source material in it. However, that is not required to enjoy the title. Gameplay is split between travelling in overworld and visiting few neutral locations and dungeon crawling. Searching dusty and not so dusty locations for treasure and troubles is done in real time and would require you dodging traps, checking some simple puzzles and getting into fight with patrolling monsters. Battles are turn-based and very much JRPG style, you only get to use 3 of your characters in party at same time, others btw would not get exp for fights and could require a bit of grind if you'd want to get them up to the vanguard stardard. All heroes are very distinct and useful, so would need to make hard choices who to not take for adventure and leave at base. Some side activities are present too in form of fishing and maybe could count crafting as one too. Visually game looks fantastic, art design made sure to transfer 2d characters into 3rd correctly without them losing any personality, environment and enemies are made to fit with same tone so it works great. Overall music and sound seem inferior to graphic side, but probably only cause of rather high level of contender. Plot is not new, but done good enough to be on same page in terms of quality of other game features.
