Baldur's Gate 3

Its pretty good. Think about playing a game where all your choices and decisions matter and also being able to engage in turn based combat and explore an open world. On top of that, the consequences of your actions are not just simple "Well you made this person mad but the rest of the game is the same regardless" like most decision based games are. If you forget to do something, if an NPC dies (pretty much ANYONE can die), if you decide to steal an item and then ask for it from them, etc, the game will bring it up in some way, it'll alter the story, or you could add or lose quests based on your decision. Typical stuff for some, but for someone like me who's never played a game where my decisions really matter much (like Skyrim for example), this is revolutionary.

I don't get the hype. I tried to get into this game twice but just couldn't. Strange, given I play actual D&D.
