Kinda reminds me of a cowboy game I used to play except this one's probably a little better. Bit like Contra, well worth the tenner. Would be really cool if there was some kind of online co-op and vs modes. I play as Red Suit Benny

This a fun game and a great addition into the run 'n gun genre. If you enjoy Contra or Metal Slug then you'll enjoy this game. The sprite art is nice, music compliments the themes well, and more importantly, the gameplay is tight and responsive. I never felt that I ran into problems with reaction time and adjusting to enemy patterns. The addition of carrying two weapons ala Contra III: The Alien Wars gives the game an extra layer of strategy. The level design is a little on the bland side. There isn't variety in gameplay aside for one section where cars are coming at you in a cool tribute to mode-7. Maybe a shmup stage or top down stage might have added some variety? Something to think about if a sequel is made. Great job overall!

Gostei muito deste jogo, boa jogabilidade e dificuldade moderada. Personagens criativos, movimentação suave e e gráficos bons no estilo pixelart. E o melhor de tudo, é muito divertido!

Um ótimo run 'n gun! Com uma dificuldade bastante elevada, porém não impossível, Muito nostálgico, com gráficos mais do que lindos, A gameplayé extremamente simples, podendo correr, pular, atirar, trocar de arma e mirar, porém extremamente funcional, os power-ups são ótimos, muito bem pensados e alguns vindo diretamente de contra, Os personagens tem animações fantásticas e são responsivos, embora sejam um tanto o quanto lentos, eles não tem diferenças além sprites, o que não é ruim, considerando que os 2 jogadores podem usar personagens diferentes sem se prejudicar por isso, Os chefes são criativos, porém acho que a curva de dificuldade entre eles é gigante, como a diferença entre o primeiro não sendo tão grande, mas quando chega ao terceiro aí claramente perceptível, O Merso fez um trabalho fantástico, principalmente considerando que foi usado o OpenBOR, uma engine, não muito qualificada para o gênero do game, e essencialmente simples demais para um jogo tão perfeito, Creio que os únicos defeitos sejam a gameplay um tanto lenta, o que não atrapalha a experiência, a curta duração do game, que possui poucas fases, a falta de extras (como artes conceituais, modo sobrevivência, um menu aprofundando os personagens, etc) e o menu pouco atrativo e nem tão funcional. Nota artística: 10/10 Trabalho fenomenal, lindo, extremamente divertido Nota crítica: 5/10 O jogo tem muito pouco conteúdo, é levemente lento e com menus não muito funcionais Minha nota final: 8/10

I've had this game in my library for quite some time, finally got a chance to play it. I must say, it is very fun. Love the retro style gameplay, bosses, and music. fun game from start to finish.
