Sakura, his physician and therapist, tries hypnosis to release the needs he constantly suppresses. The treatment works too well: Haruki begins behaving like a baby inside his adult body and openly asks to be pampered and breastfed. Sakura and her reserved younger sister Yuki gradually embrace their maternal instincts, turning his recovery into an affectionate and increasingly sexual relationship with both women.

I enjoyed Babu Me Baby! far more than its far-fetched premise initially led me to expect. The story certainly requires some suspension of disbelief, but its attractive character designs, varied CGs, and convincing Japanese voice acting kept me interested until the end. Sakura and Yuki have distinct personalities, and their affectionate interactions give this unusual fantasy plenty of charm.
The erotic content gets more intense as the story progresses. Haruki is initially pampered like a baby, but the therapy soon becomes sexual through breastfeeding handjobs and other intimate situations. Later scenes offer more positions, fetishes, and threesomes while keeping the maternal-care theme at the center.
Despite the use of hypnosis, the intimate content remains consensual. The relationships gradually develop into a lighthearted pure-love story, while Sakura and Yuki's different reactions to Haruki's condition give the romantic progression a welcome sense of development.
The game is largely kinetic, with only one meaningful choice near the conclusion, and its interface shows the age of the original 2019 release. However, I found its 2–4 hour length appropriate. The story reaches a satisfying conclusion without unnecessary repetition, while the steadily intensifying H-scenes maintain a good pace throughout the experience.
I strongly recommend Babu Me Baby! to players interested in maternal pampering, breastfeeding, hypnosis, sister heroines, and consensual vanilla relationships. Its concept is undeniably silly, but the appealing heroines, strong voice acting, and excellent erotic presentation made it a very enjoyable experience for me.
