I like this game a lot. Just played 100+ matches with a couple friends. It did not feel like 100+ matches. It reminds me of +R in all the best ways. Good netcode, extremely little time between matches in private lobbies, and adjustable input delay (this is so good for playing people who live far away!) I haven't checked matchmaking yet but at character select in private lobbies you can change the input delay setting in the options menu. If you are playing with a high ping connection because of distance then adding 1-2 frames of input delay can help reduce rollbacks. I did this with my friend from Brazil and our games went great. Our connection in most games is between 115-150 ping. (US east coast to Rio Brazil) The game is pretty clearly unfinished. It seems it was rushed to release for reasons outside of the devs control. A couple of the characters are using placeholder animations for some moves and I've heard the story mode is incomplete. If you're looking for a single player experience and story mode then you might want to wait a patch or two but if you're after a fighting game to play other people in, then get in here!

Complete lack of adjusting the computer opponent difficulty in local mode, arcade, or story campaign. This is a dealbreaker for me, I will refund the game, and will buy again, once this option will be added in.
I like the fighting style. I hope the bugs and lag are fixed soon.
plot twist, the cabbage guy is evil. peek story.
Unfinished
I think this made me want to Get Into Fighting Games (tm). PS: you're gonna need a controller, I have no idea how people play fighting games in general without one, that's insane to me.
lacking in features but not in gameplay.
This game has some sauce and a lot of potential, unfortunately it feels like it's missing polish and got pushed out too soon. I'd like to try the game some more once the devs get more time with it adding some basic functions like key rebinds and focus muting among some other things.
