About
Welcome to Aurora Hills!
Nestled deep within the Appalachian Mountains, Aurora Hills was known for its thriving industry and its picturesque landscape. Owing to the region's natural resources, Aurora Hills was looking to become one of the most prosperous towns in the state.

All is not how it seems, however. A series of disappearances of residents and tourists alike have plagued the region over the past few years, sparking a mass exodus from the small town. Now, in October 1981, the town is a shell of its former self. The prosperity that once blessed Aurora Hills has all but evaporated.
Working as a park ranger, you must investigate what's going on with these disappearances and answer questions that have tormented residents for years. Why has there been an increase in disappearances over the past 6 months? Why are there no traces of the people who went missing? Perhaps most importantly, who, or what, could be behind all of this? It's up to you to venture forth, deep into the national park, to uncover the mysteries of Aurora Hills...

Reviews

I enjoyed the puzzles in the game. If you like puzzles that advance a story, you'll like this game.
It's a nice escape-the-room type of game. The graphics are hyper-realistic and easy on the eyes. I like how when you move between rooms it's very fast like there's no long animations or anything. Just click and bam you're in the next room. The puzzles were good for the most part. The one puzzle I have a problem with that I think most people can agree with is the combination lock puzzle. Even after I watched the walkthrough for that one, I still don't fully get it. Apparently it has something to do with the constellations and the way they move through the sky. I just don't think that puzzle is fair for the average person to solve. But the rest of the puzzles were fair. Also for those who haven't played the game yet, be aware that the game doesn't have hints like The Room series has them. It has an objectives dialog box, but it's not going to give you hints. So you're basically on your own most of the time and have to rely on walkthroughs if you get really stuck on something. But overall, it's a great game to play and I recommend it.
The puzzles were great however the game itself was extremely basic.
it's alright
