Welcome to the asteroid belt. The work is dangerous, the asteroids are temporary, and Earth is prohibitively expensive. Build automated mining operations, complete contracts, and earn your way back home.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Aug 29 → 3.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
And make money while doing so! Astronomics is an asteroid mining automation game where every operation is temporary, every asteroid is different, and every haul gets you one step closer to home.
Procedurally generated asteroids pass through your mining claim, bringing new opportunities (and challenges) with every expedition. Intercept them with your Freighter, pilot your Shuttle to the surface, and establish an operation before the asteroid moves out of range. Time is Cube Corp Credits, you know.
Find valuable resources, build mining infrastructure, and dispatch Workerbots to transport materials around the asteroid. As your operation grows, automate extraction and logistics to get more done before time runs out. Then bring everything back to your Freighter for manufacturing before selling your goods at Cube Corp.
Every asteroid is a new operational puzzle. Explore procedurally generated environments, discover resources, and decide how much infrastructure you can build. And how much you can realistically get out before the asteroid leaves your claim.
Start by gathering resources yourself, then build toward a fully automated operation.
Explore passing asteroids and discover their unique resources, properties, and challenges.
Build mining infrastructure to extract resources while the asteroid is within your claim.
Deploy Workerbots to transport materials and keep your operation moving.
Command your bots with your Command bot and organize increasingly complex logistics.
Automate extraction and transportation to get more resources with less manual work.
Defend your equipment from the pirates who would rather take your hard-earned resources for themselves.
Plan around changing conditions as procedurally generated asteroids put your operational skills to the test.
As your mining operation becomes more sophisticated, you'll have to think beyond simply finding resources. What should be automated? Where should your bots go? What equipment is worth bringing? Did you totally forget a Workerbot on that last asteroid? Whoops. Ok, how much can be extracted with the current equipment before the asteroid is gone?
Complete contracts throughout the belt, taking on jobs ranging from data collection and search-and-rescue operations to equipment manufacturing.
Then use your earnings to upgrade your equipment and expand your Freighter. As your gathering capabilities grow, you'll need more manufacturing capacity to process materials. And protect yourself from the pirates who also want your materials.
Explore a vast map of asteroid regions, discover new resources and challenges, expand your operation, and take on increasingly ambitious contracts. But don’t forget to keep your eye on the real prize: a Residency Permit on Earth.
Because Earth isn't home anymore. Well, not yet, anyway. The asteroid belt is where the work is. It's where the money is. And if everything goes according to plan, it's where you'll earn enough to finally come home...for the very first time. Good luck!

A competent space mining experience. If you enjoy going out and making mining bases in factorio, this game takes that loop and makes it the whole game. It's really chill gameplay, the progression is fairly straightforward. Contract system is meh but it encourages you to do stuff you gotta do anyway for upgrades. Space games have suffered low quality slop for many years so the bar is not very high to be a passing grade space game, this game passes that low bar quite easily. (Probably because it's a mining game more than a space game) Most all of it feels solid, never experienced a bug (just a tiny UI glitch), the manufacturing is not the best feeling system, but in general you want to always been making something. The core loop of robbing an asteroid within a certain limit is quite enjoyable. Love the sound effects, love being on an asteroid breakin and movin and buildin valuable cargo. Gravity gun to throw your minerals and boxes across the map for quick delivery is very satisfying. Combat is basically a nonfactor, don't go in expecting anything resembling a real fight. "Pirates" are a skill check of such low levels it could only possibly kill someone who is incapacitated IRL. Game has a clear and narrow scope, doesn't try to bs about being bigger than it is, focused on a tight gameplay loop with no bull attached. The most important stuff is good and space mining is fun.

I like factory games but I always end up restarting over and over because I dont like the layout I built this solves that issue by making rebuilding apart of the core gameplay loop
Game is great. Good solid core loop and systems. Would recommend.
Unique
Nice mining chill game! Needs more time on mining claims though! Other than that, 9/10~!
