Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.57/day in the week to Sep 1 → 25.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Astroneers undergo rigorous training to explore the frontiers of outer space for the good of all humankind. Creativity and ingenuity are key to their survival!
Astroneers are trained to use the Terrain Tool, a powerful instrument which can dig, collect, shape, build, and color terrain in any way they wish.
Build custom bases throughout the solar system to survive and thrive anywhere! Objects are snapped into place in a modular system that allows Astroneers to create unique builds. Automation systems, crafting stations, power plants, resource harvesters, and railway facilities are built from the ground up and can be customized to suit any situation.
This unrecognized system consists of seven celestial bodies. Each of them can be explored entirely, from the rounded surface all the way down into the core. Astroneers will have to grapple with their unique geography and challenging biomes if they seek to understand them.
These strange worlds are dotted with mysterious structures and artifacts, while Astroneers themselves receive confusing comms from unknown sources. Curious Astroneers may seek to understand these anomalies, and with them, the secrets of the solar system.
While they're perfectly capable on their own, Astroneers are team players who are always happy to offer a helping hand! Group up with other Astroneers and work together in 2-4 player online co-op. Playing solo online allows fellow Astroneers to drop in and out of your world at their leisure.
Astroneer began as an Early Access title on Steam in 2016, and reached 1.0 in 2019. We wouldn't be here today if not for our community's support, feedback, and ideation. As we continue on our journey, we want to reiterate our pledge to continue building on the foundation that is Astroneer with free, ongoing content updates.

Imagine having to pay cash for cosmetics in a singleplayer game.
ASTRONEER is a gentle, wide‑eyed sandbox that turns planetary survival into a quiet act of creation. The moment you step out of your lander and breathe in a new world, the game hands you a simple set of tools and a huge invitation: shape this place, learn its rules, and make something that feels like yours. The core loop explore, dig, craft, and building never feels repetitive because every planet hides a different rhythm and a new surprise. What I love most is how the game rewards curiosity. The terrain tool is pure joy: sculpting tunnels, carving vistas, and connecting distant outposts becomes its own kind of play. Progression is satisfying without being punishing; each new module or vehicle opens up possibilities rather than gating fun. The visuals and sound design give the game a warm, lonely beauty there’s a real sense of being small in a vast, living universe, and that feeling is oddly comforting. Coop amplifies the best parts: teamwork turns base building into choreography, and shared discoveries become the stories you tell later. Even solo, ASTRONEER has a meditative quality—those long drives across alien plains, the quiet hum of your rover, the small victories of a well‑planned base are the kind of moments that stick with you. It’s a game that encourages experimentation and forgives mistakes, which makes every success feel earned. If you want a sandbox that blends exploration, creativity, and a gentle sense of wonder, ASTRONEER is a beautiful place to get lost for a few hours. It’s not about frantic survival so much as about making a home in the stars and that, somehow, feels exactly right.

Maybe the most disappointing game I've ever played. It's got a FANTASTIC core, concept and vibe that's ruined by glitchy gameplay, generationally bad UI choices, clunky and unresponsive controls, a refusal to respect the players time, and devs who'd rather put out ♥♥♥♥♥♥ DLC and scummy paid cosmetics ad nauseum than actually polish the glaring issues with the game. I really, truly wanted to like it, but it grinded my friend and I down so hard we couldn't even bring ourselves to finish it after getting 80% of the way through. That's all you need to know. It's a bad open world game, a bad sandbox game, and a bad survival game. You'd be better off playing something else no matter what part of the game you're interested in. I hope it gets better and I get to change this review, but I really doubt it will. Please just buy a different game.
Astroneer. Imagine Minecraft, but from 3rd perspective, in space. The game looks beautiful. Gameplay is easy to learn and master. Mechanics aren't too hard, and mistakes don't entirely punish the player. I love the ambience, the multiplayer experience, and the ability to destroy everything on your path. Good 8/10
This game makes me autistic
I had really high hopes for this game, looked fun after installing it and giving it a spin... I'm speechless - the camera view is a mess it can block and you cant see around, you have to perform tricks like Houdini to be able to see whether if you are on an edge in a cave or not, the missions are in a random order, no explanation, no intro. It's one of the rare games I've had to play with Youtube not to waste an hour to figure out what to click and where to click. On top of that the technology tree is designed in such a way so that you can spend a joyful 15 minutes searching for the tech you want to unlock... and finally the text regarding the missions, cool when you are playing on a 27 inch monitor, on a laptop screen not cool. This game desperately needs a makeover.
