Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Sep 8 → 1.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
As the comments all say, multiplayer is broken. Either the game disconnects because it loses its connection to steam [latency and packet loss are all low/fine?] OR All input refuses to go through for people connecting to the host game after 10 minutes (desync?) 0/10 unplayable
Nicht perfekt, aber nettes RTS.

Wow, this game is bad in every aspect: the UI, balance, unit behaviour, design choices, scope, performance and looks. Even at a heavy discount, I regret buying it. If you're looking for a game in which units are resistant to your commands, you've found it. Also good luck on clicking on the desired enemy building to attack it, the command will just register to something else in the neighbourhood most of the time. This level is so hilariously lame, you don't see such every day. Units are also impossible to focus due to the ever annoying army system. (bonus: engineers are combined into armies when a command is given to multiple ones even if you disable that option in the settings, however aircraft cannot be combined into an army even manually and as a result aircraft are so awkward to control). If the software worked with the settings and setup specified in the recommended requirements then I would say it would be a subjectively fun sandbox. But both its performance and looks are just horrible on any setting. Imagine a sim in which you can turn down texture details, terrain update frequency, lights, resolution, shadows, antialiasing, BUT no particle count. Yep, this game renders unnecessarily large amounts of particles and the amount or quality cannot be changed. On the top of that these particles feel disconnected from the game - they do not represent hits or misses, different buildings collapse in an undistinguishable way- these excessive particles are uniform, boring, superfluous and they are just there to stress your GPU. Hell they aren't even rendered properly as no amount of antialiasing gets rid of their pixelated looks. Expect shots, flare ups and building beams to be blocky no matter what you do. It must have been an incredible effort from the marketing team to present screenshots that look different. Mods: it's advertised but it's non-existent. The studio's own forum hosts about 3 mods total and I couldn't even get them working. ModDB and Nexusmods are also barren in this regard. There is no Steam workshop for this game. I dunno what modding support this game really provides, but don't expect mods at all. Rule of thumb: a software is either a benchmarking tool or a game. It cannot be both, there are very few exceptions. This is clearly a benchmarking tool or a tech demo, probably from creators that don't know much about strategy games. Stardock is best known for its desktop enhancement software for a reason. If the sequel won't change this formula drastically, then it's doomed to be forgettable, too.
unoptimized trash.
controls are just bad and the whole thing looks far more polished than it actually is
Doesn't stand up to modern Strategy Games, but I guess that's why they are releasing Ashes 2. Fun little time-killer.
I love this game. I grew up playing C&C, Starcraft, Dawn of War, and Total Annihilation. I think this is a great RTS that's keeping the genre alive and well.
Make no mistake: This is not a game, it's a glorified Vulkan/DX12 tech demo.
missions end in 5 minutes not very fun
Tudo sobre: Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation "Um RTS futurista que tenta unir o clássico ao moderno, com grandes exércitos e guerras galácticas. Vamos desmontar esse colosso em pedacinhos!" (Valxb21) --- #### **1. - **Destaques:** - Escala absurda! Você não comanda 5 ou 6 unidades, mas centenas! É tipo “Total War no espaço”.
