Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Don't waste your money, I've tried to restart the game multiple times and it still glitches on the first quest assignment. I'm unable to move forward in this game and it wont let me get a refund.
If you can get this on sale for $5 or less then go for it. otherwise, its a pretty shallow game. 15hrs max and then youre just grinding achievements. basically its all the time wasting simulators packed into one. hotel manager, shop manager, chef manager, etc... in a compact form. you spend a lot of time just trying to find the room number. there is no mini map or compass. again, only get this if its on sale. dont buy full price

One of the worst control schemes I've ever seen in a simulator. The game barely explains anything, and even the simplest tasks turn into a fight with the keyboard. Painting rooms feels like a joke. To switch between painting the floor, walls, and ceiling, you have to cycle through different key pairs - G/J for one surface, Q/E for another, and yet another set of keys for the third. Accidentally painted a wall? Good luck figuring out how to remove the paint. It gets even better with furniture: if you want to move something after placing it, you have to enter a separate mode.
Reviewing due to mixed recent due to ui and controls. Overall feels perfectly fine for a simulator, nothing stands out as bad like you'd expect from slop simulators. Overall it plays well with no big complaints. Decorating does feel weird initially with different keys for floor, ceiling, and walls but it's realistically something you do once and move on; it's not part of the gameplay loop. It's also nice having so many options decoratively compared to other sims just having different color walls. Only feature requests I have would be an FPS limiter (I have a beefy PC and don't want it to go over 120 fps) and a shift toggle where you hit it once to keep running, rather than holding down shift. Also if you get a call saying pay me to do X, give me a price.. wasted 1k I intended to use for a new room. Edit - Played the game all day. A few qol requests but the negative reviews are way overblown and I think misunderstood expectations. People say days go by too fast, or people line up in queue. That's perfectly fine, it's not a shopkeeper simulator. People wait in your line for a very, very long time. As in 30+ IRL minutes. There's no need to rush to the line when there are no rooms to rent, and those rooms wont be free for a long time. Should also be needless to say, this gets even more manageable once you hire your first worker within an hour of playing. They can handle all the cleaning so you do the other stuff.
The mechanics of this game were so hard to play I never enjoyed myself.
If you're tired of generic sims, Arctic Motel Simulator is actually better than most, providing a solid hook and plenty of tasks to keep you busy through the midpoint. The inclusion of bounty hunting and specialized services shows real creativity, but the game unfortunately fails to dive deep into these mechanics, leaving them feeling like surface-level additions. As you reach the late game, the variety disappears in favor of a tedious grind that highlights the game's biggest flaw: it feels like five disparate simulator games glued together rather than a singular, focused experience. It’s a great concept that just needs more depth to prevent its best ideas from feeling spread too thin.
总的来说就是经营模拟带了点造房子,春夏秋三季非常的短暂,漫长的冬天需要木头,汽油等加热的材料,前期比较开心,等你把房间都开完了,就纯纯的可以摆烂了
I never write rews, but this game does a lot of right things. It makes fun i dunno why. It takes some time in the beginning but it got so much to do. You can make the days faster if it goes to slow for u! Thumbs up! Hoping for more of ur studio!
Overall a decent, low-budget simulator with satisfying progressive mechanics. It's slow, but progress is meaningful and unlocks feel like milestones. Good game design. It is understandably janky on the graphics, this game was made on a budget, and the controls are likewise janky in places. But, I didn't run into anything I'd characterize as unplayable. Particularly funny how they decide to sanitize / dress up what is...very clearly a prostitute. You hire a "special agent" from the parking lot who provides a gendered "special service" to guests and gives you a cut of the profits for the "special service". Sure. ;)
