Double charged $ I purchased a growth pack that was half off given the advertisement for it stating it was $25- when my bank account showed me the transaction came through it showed a charge of $50. Who can I contact about this poor customer experience- I really enjoy this game and been playing for years now

Scam This the most scamming games i ever played. The only way you can become strong is by spending money theres no real grinding on this game because it gets you no where even the events are rigged you can do all of the challenges to earn event points and still end up having to purchase something. Ive been on the same level for 2 months the enemies are too strong, you could be close to completing a level but the game end up cheating you take damage even though you havent been touched all they do is spam enemies that shoot peas or whatever those red things are and it gets to the point where it becomes impossible to dodge and dont even get me started on prismastone chest no mater how many keys you earn youll still end up getting lockets and rings, one day i got lucky and got the hammer and the spear but ive been trying to make them legendary, it’s impossible to do rhat unless you spend money. You could upgrade relics bur you only earn a(n) additional 100 atk, or 100 mx hp this game sucks but i understand people have to make money some how ….

Hardly any adds but it’s, fun??? How, the devs aren’t greedy for money??? That’s a first!!!

Why Why did you add so much stuff to this game? To make money? To have what happen now I log on and there genuinely 50 different things I need to see or check, I miss what this game was a year ago or 2, 3 years ago I was genuinely addicted now I haven’t played in weeks because it’s too much, way too much unneeded stuff like what was the point to add these “empyirums” or like “wings” ??? Genuinely it’s just too much youre doing too much and I wish Archero 2 was good but it’s not it looks like a mobile game you’ve completed ruined this game the only reason it gets a 2 star is because it once, was the best game in the AppStore now it’s nothing

Amazing game but the prices.. The game is amazing fun levels,cool skins,cool weapons and I love how you can do pvp and play the levels too but just one thing,the prices.Don’t get me wrong,there is good deals and all that but it’s not the money in real life it’s just stuff in the game.Like gems,rewards you get from other gameplay,it’s just too much for little stuff.Also it takes so long to get weapons and so much chest keys you have to pay gems for.Like I’m trying to get 2 more epic saw blades and I literally put a wish in to increase the chance and even put a unwish thing to increase the chance more. I even bought 10 obsidian chest and got NO EPIC WEAPONS.But other than that it’s amazing.Thank you for your time.

What happened? When I first started playing this game is was amazing. You would try to kill creatures over a set number of levels of increasing difficulty while acquiring and upgrading skills, which reset at the end of a run. You could also collect and upgrade armor, which was permanent. I came back after a few years and that game has been replaced with this endless maze of upgrades and runes and glowing stones and all kinds of useless inexplicable little mini-games with amulets and pets and a hundred different types of currency you must collect for each seasonal unlock-able tier list like some sort of digital circus casino on steroids, with notifications on top of badges hidden behind popups covered with buttons with buttons on their buttons. I clicked fifty times and I still couldn’t play the main game, which may or may not even exist anymore.

Can’t reset in interface The game was meh when it first came out and I wanted to see if it got better. However, I can’t reset the account to start fresh. There are so many new things now that I want to start from the beginning to give it a fair shake. Can’t do that though. Shame.
