■ An Evolution of the Classic Strategy RPG System

Lead your party through strategic battles that reward planning, positioning, and teamwork. Master each character's strengths and overcome increasingly dangerous threats as your adventure progresses.

Arcadia Unbound introduces the Augmented Continuous Tactical Movement (ACTM) system, evolving on the traditional movement method of classic games. Unlike traditional grid-based tactics games, Arcadia Unbound allows units to move freely across the battlefield within their movement range. Run across bridges, leap over obstacles, navigate elevated terrain, and preview attacks before committing to your actions. If the outcome is not preferable, reset your movement and try navigating to another area, or choose to retreat instead. Players have full freedom to test movement and abilities to ensure optimal use of their character's abilities with least hassle.

• Class Advancement: Every unit on the battlefield from party members to bosses to generic enemy units have their own class advancement tree. Every class is built with the intention of offering a different play-style, balancing varying strengths and weaknesses across all possible advancement options.

• Terrain-Based Power-ups: Arcadia Unbound battlefield maps are unique and will contain complex layouts with varying heights and grounds littered with structures to climb over, traverse around, in order to get to your objectives. In addition to that, the game also utilizes an elemental system that allows characters to power up their abilities and skills depending on the terrain of the tile they are standing on. With the right conditions, players might discover their moves transform into a cinematic fire or wind-elemental version of the move with devastating effects. The same remains true for enemy units and bosses, so terrain utilization and map control are key to victory!

■ Discover AURA and Build Meaningful Bonds

No dialogue choices. No predefined responses to select from. Speak naturally using your own words.

Get to know your companions through dynamic conversations, personal stories, and shared adventures. Learn what motivates them, challenge their beliefs, and forge lasting relationships throughout your journey.

Use the AURA Framework to speak to characters during key moments with your own words and expressions.

• Cinematic Conversation - During pivotal moments of the story, speak out to a character and support them or challenge their beliefs, their actions, and make your voice heard. Characters will react while you speak, may interrupt, and even push back. These may be your only chance to influence the shape of story and bonds, so make every word count! All spoken dialogue are fully voiced by professional voice actors.

• Deep Dialogue - At towns and hubs, you may find your party members strolling about while winding down from the heat of battle. At towns and hubs, spend time with your companions through Deep Dialogue. Speak to them using your own words, ask questions, revisit past events, and uncover new sides of their personalities through personalized and immersive conversations unique to your journey.

Independent Development

Arcadia Unbound is being independently developed by Immersion Games Inc., led by founder and creator Apurva Saini alongside a small core development team.

From game design and writing to programming, gameplay systems, and creative direction, the project is led by Apurva Saini, with Deepesh Chauhan contributing to the AURA Framework and systems engineering, alongside talented artists, voice actors, composers, and production partners around the world.
