Alphabear: Hardcover Edition

I love the alphabear games personally, but I would recommend it on sale, or you try the phone version if it is still free to test it out first a this version has been made so difficult it's practically unplayable as it's impossible to proceed to future chapters with repeating the previous ones so many times you're sick of playing already.

If you like word games and this is on sale for a few bucks, I would recommend it. But some of the levels are timed, which I don't like, and ultimately is what prevented me from progressing past chapter 4 of the campaign. Also, it's an old game, and the daily challenges and the asynchronous multi-player is broken. The bear collecting is a plus.

This game is incredibly addicting and incredibly cute. It is a true test to see if you have can master a dictionary while leveling up your bears to score more and more points along the way. The interactions are true to the developer (Spry Fox) and their love for adorable creatures. Very relaxing and enjoyable gameplay.

This is a port from the mobile game with the same name. [b]Achievements:[/b] [b]How many:[/b] 10 Achievements, most will be obtained by just playing the game. [b]How much time:[/b] Around 13 hours, but it depends on how good you are at making words and how much you need to grind to pass the levels. [b]Game difficulty:[/b] Medium, depends on how well you know (written) English. [b]Achievement’s difficulty:[/b] Easy. Probably one of the few games where the achievements are easier to get than finishing the main game. [b]Overall opinion:[/b] I recommend this game if you like scrabble, but it will get repetitive, and even more if you can’t get near perfect scores. The game keeps forcing you to level up your bears to get the required score, at one point, getting a perfect game won’t be enough, you’ll have to keep grinding to level up your bears. Still, 13 hours isn’t much time I think.
