About
Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 drops up to four players into the boots of Colonial Marines deployed to the most hostile corners of the Aliens universe. This is not a rescue mission – it’s a fight for survival. Xenomorphs stalk the corridors, ambush from the shadows, and swarm in overwhelming numbers. Every room could be your last. Coordinate with your fireteam, leverage each class’s unique abilities, and adapt on the fly as encounters escalate from tense standoffs to all-out war. With deeper squad mechanics, smarter enemies, and a fully customizable Specialist class, AFE2 delivers the definitive co-op Aliens experience.

Join our Discord server, Marine.
Expanding from three to four players, AFE2 introduces deeper team-based mechanics that reward coordination and strategic class composition. New and improved classes each bring distinct playstyles and tactical abilities to the fight, making every squad combination feel different.
The iconic xenomorphs are more ferocious than ever before. AFE2's massive variety of new xenomorphs will force players to stay mobile, maintain situational awareness, and use every tool at their disposal. From stun batons for up close melee action in those most desperate moments, to pyro and electric ammo to whittle down the unrelenting xenomorph front before they overrun you and your squad, the battle can shift from calculated tension to desperate last stand in seconds.
Beyond expanded weapon and gear customization, AFE2 introduces the Specialist – a fully customizable class that lets players mix and match major and minor abilities from every available class. Build a loadout tailored to your exact playstyle and fill whatever role your squad needs.
AFE2 launches with multiple dedicated Horde maps that push squads to their limits. Battle through escalating waves of xenomorphs and other deadly enemies, earning increasingly valuable rewards as you survive deeper into the onslaught. This is where teamwork and skill are tested at their absolute peak.

Reviews
This game is very low effort compared to the first one. I remember having fun with friends and combating waves of aliens. This game right here, has small levels almost comparable to GTA5 low effort missions(you go all the way to the top of the map, then go all the way to the bottom). There is a girl boss commander that never shuts up. There is also no SKIP to any dialogue. Talking to NPCs are useless as they beat around the bush to tell you to move on to the next mission. Also, whatever dev was in charge of optimization needs to get slapped in the mouth with homeless hotdog water. I would of endured playing this as a slop game but it stutters in each section and i got a 4090. I play Cyberpunk with path tracing no problem but this game can't even get a spawn section of the map smooth.
Good stuff, hoping to see more of it in the future! Fantastic quality of life choices vs Fireteam 1.

Solid 9/10.
As much of Alien fanboy that I am, I can't recommend this game yet, not even with 120 hours spent on the original. Getting huge lag spikes that freeze the game for over a minute that kicks out every human player leaving you with synths ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks, and it happens too frequently for my taste. Missions, enemies, and story are starting to feel pretty darn similar as the first one. Sure, you get new and improved classes with their corresponding perks, but for 50€ I expect a bit more of innovation, not a rehash of what we alredy got
Great game to play with friends shredding waves of bugs. It's kind of like killing a horde of cockrochaes in my last rental.
This game just stinks. The progression system is cool and the gameplay loop is cool. But the gameplay, the voice acting, the levels... stink. If you don't turn on the damage numbers, you cant tell if youre hitting the enemies.
its really fun game but its very buggy so hopefully they fix it
if you liked the first one you'll like this one too. Im looking forward to sinking in a lot of hours on this one too!
I enjoy this game. It's fun. For the love of ♥♥♥♥, let us leave Horde Mode matches without forfeiting the reward. I'm sick of losing all progress because my braindead team wanted to stay and it forced me to die with their stupid asses.
This game doesnt deserve the hate it got... its a building block from the first FTE which has alot of potential. Squad play is tight and intense as it should be - worth a chance if the hours are invest as it does get better the more you play it.
