Alex's Hope had me in tears and I definitely prefer his story as it was most relatable for me, but I really enjoyed both. Alex's Solitude felt a bit less realistic to me at some moments, but that's okay. I loved the character art, I wish there was more! Soundtrack is great too. I wish both games could have gone more in depth, so I'm looking forward to the sequel. I've seen another review mention how the game can be less enjoyable for older adults but more relatable for teens and young adults, which I agree with. I'm definitely recommending this to people I know would enjoy it! :3
Short kinetic vn that follows Alex and Alex. I thought that they would have a story together but it seems like the devs are making a sequel for that.

overall good game, a nice touching soundtrack and good visuals. honestly was expecting solitude alex & valerie to kiss though but we can have that next game (since this feels like a first act in the story)

The story is very interesting and overall is pretty cool. I hope for more expansion upon it as I know sometime later the full game is going to be released or maybe its a different version. Either way if you want a quick story visual novel that touches upon hard topics then this is right for you.
A wonderful short story, an introduction to a style of writing i cant wait to get more of. Beautiful art and music. For those looking for a short visual novel, I cant suggest this one enough.
It's really short and I was left wanting more by the end. But as it turns out, there is more! This game serves as a prologue to the developer's next game: Alex's Journey to the Grave. So look forward to that, if you like this.

The game made me realize I didn't want to die.
Alex's Hope story hit like a sack of bricks. It's crazy to think that other people have suffered like this as well...
