Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Maybe it gets good. Maybe sometime down the line all the crap I collect is worth it to use and I can get out of the menus and tutorial dumps. But I didn't make it there. I only made it as far tutorials and a collectathon of materials that you randomly pick up and can add in to your list of crap to just make stuff happen I guess. It's boring and spends way too much time in full screen tutorials of words explaining mechanics you won't interact with for hours.
I want to like it because it looks charming and the alchemy system is good in theory. Some elements work well. And aside from difficulty spikes, it's mainly the menus and usability that kill it. - using the menu is annoying because it is so slow - metroidvania aspects but the maps have to be found, which is annoying without a map to guide search - accessing the map when having one is annoying - creating potions is annoying because of the menu - switching potions is annoying because of the quickswap-menu - playing with mouse and keys is horrible, gamepad is okay Conclusion: - If this game ever receives a 2.0 version with drastically improved menus and inputs, i would try again.

Alchemist Adventure is a perfectly fine puzzle-adventure game that really shines in its core mechanic: free-form alchemy. I loved that there were no predefined recipes; just tossing elements together to see what potion, bomb, or oil I would create was genuinely engaging and satisfying. The game ran flawlessly on my Steam Deck OLED Handheld PC, even when the game is installed on a Micro SD card. It's a great title for handheld play, with controls that feel natural and a pace that suits short bursts. For me, the puzzles were just okay. They get the job done and often put your alchemy skills to use, but they didn't really wow me. This is actually why I didn't end up finishing the game—it was a pleasant experience, but didn't quite have the hook to pull me all the way through. Final Verdict: A solid "like," not a "love." If you're craving a chill game with a unique crafting system that plays beautifully on the Steam Deck, it's worth a look. Just know that the puzzle design might not be groundbreaking.
at first, i thought the man (blonde or white hair) in image previews would be a companion, unsure why i thought that at time i got the game but i did, but that turned out otherwise, and its okay. regardless, i almost hate this game, so frustrating and almost obnoxious. every step needs every other element you have, and only two slots that able to throw from, and keep on switching elements, it can't just let it be making this rock go down with "mud" element and just proceed through, have to also make rock go up with "earth" element, stop gaseous miasma with wind element and so on right after the other, and that's only in two slots! and one is needed for attack in case enemies come. or that dragon enemy boss, switching to different element after every death and having to throw at it before it finishes its dragon breath with oppositional element. i quit after i died and got transported to last camp before that biolab entrance, ringing that bell spawns every annoying enemy in game so far. all this killed my enjoyment and more, not even just normal puzzles, but have to make it a hassle. what i liked or was okay with though is: - a good story (so far, maybe typical in some bits but i mind that less). - loved the characters, i yet to see the man in image previews but i liked baboo (he's kinda flirty, big and handsome) and also pepe (so cute, wanted to help him all the time), and many others. was also curious about the endings and wanted to see that, but all this is just bogged down or made frustrating from gameplay (almost all of it).. i really wanted to like this, but i just don't. maybe utmost, the characters, and the story i might be interested in. but almost anything else in this game, no.
Alchemist Adventure is a charming action-adventure game with a heavy emphasis on alchemy and exploration. You play as Mya, a young alchemist who awakens on a strange and mysterious island with amnesia. Your goal is to rediscover your past, explore the island's secrets, and master the art of alchemy to overcome the challenges that lie ahead. The core gameplay revolves around exploring the island's varied environments, solving puzzles, and battling enemies using alchemically created concoctions. The alchemy system is quite in-depth, allowing you to combine different elements to create a wide range of potions, bombs, and other useful items. Experimentation is key, as discovering new recipes is a significant part of the fun. You'll be mixing fire, water, earth, and air in various combinations to achieve different effects, from healing potions to explosive projectiles. Combat in Alchemist Adventure is action-oriented, requiring you to dodge enemy attacks and strategically use your alchemical creations. Different enemies are vulnerable to different elements, encouraging you to adapt your approach to each encounter. While the combat isn't overly complex, it provides a decent challenge and keeps you engaged. The island itself is a beautifully designed environment with a Metroidvania-style layout. You'll gradually unlock new areas as you acquire new abilities and alchemical recipes, encouraging backtracking and exploration. The art style is vibrant and colorful, giving the game a distinct and appealing look. However, Alchemist Adventure isn't without its flaws. The story, while present, can feel a bit thin at times. While the focus is clearly on exploration and alchemy, a more compelling narrative could have elevated the experience. Additionally, some players might find the pacing a bit slow, especially in the early game. Pros: Unique and engaging alchemy system! 🧪 Beautifully designed world with Metroidvania elements! 🗺️ Charming art style! 🎨 Encourages experimentation and exploration! 🔎 Varied enemy types requiring different alchemical approaches! 🔥💧 Cons: Story can feel a bit thin. 📖 Pacing can be slow at times. 🐌 Some minor technical issues can occur. 🐛 Verdict: 7.5/10. Alchemist Adventure is a solid action-adventure game with a unique alchemy system that sets it apart. While the story and pacing could be improved, the satisfying exploration, engaging combat, and deep crafting mechanics make it a worthwhile experience for fans of the genre. ✨ Disclaimer: These reviews are based on my personal experience and opinions.
A lot of bugs and feels really unpolished & old-fashioned.
https://youtu.be/zGR7a7aoPqU Heavy menu focus to craft potions with a reliance on collecting numerous limited ingredients greatly pulls down the pacing.
Way to complicated.
