This is very similar to The Legend of Zelda A Link To the Past. It is very similar but drags at the last dungeon.
Game is ridiculously made to be hard and frustrating. Developers should also fix the issue of controls where the hero is not aiming his attacks well on the enemies.
The game is almost great. It just needs some small fixes and maybe a few mechanic changes and it would be a really good game. Unfortunately in the months since I've beaten the game there has only been one small update. Seems the dev isn't really interested in fixing any of the issues. That aside, it's not a bad game to play through once. Just don't expect to be coming back to it after the initial play through.
the vibes are charming and the story is interesting but it's let down by the level design. Everything is so troll based, you lift a pot there's a bomb, you lift another pot and it's a static shock, another pot and its a bomb. mimic chests, random statues on the wall poking you, enemies pushing you off the edge on an icy floor etc. Also the game is reaaallly dark, and there's no brightness setting, so good luck dealing with all those traps in a dark dungeon you can barely see. At least give me a torch spell or something. Worst offense are the enemy hitboxes, sometimes you'll hit them, sometimes their shields, and sometimes not at all and they just walk right trough and hurt you, which makes it extra frustrating when you are standing in ice and are gonna get pushed off. Overall is a a good game but let down by all the frustrating stuff, so i cant really recommend anyone to go trough this, i would love to see a sequel though where they improve and fix all of this, there's deff a lot of potential here
The Story is like this: Bad guys are bad, you good, go fight evil. Some reviews say its like Zelda A Link to the Past, but sadly no its not. How ever it can have some fun in gameplay, just get it under 10€/$ IMO and only if you really have some time to slay
It's very Zelda-esque and quaint! There's a story-line that you can put on hold while you find buffs and do little mini side-quests with village folk and people you encounter while exploring. The more you do, the more there is to explore!
