Fantastic gaming experience. This is essentially a new version of GoldenEye and Perfect Dark. Highly recommend Agent 64 if you are a fan of those N64 titles.
great little goldeneye spiritual successor
The game is good but I'm really hoping the devs add Agent 67 as a playable character, he's awesome

Love it!
Pretty fun, reminds me of a mashup of N64 007 and Doom
Steamキュレーターでは、数百本以上のレビューを公開中

レビュー動画
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgHri-ZJIU4
I had my eye on this game exclusively for the campaign and it did not disappoint. The run time is brisk and the comparisons to its obvious inspiration GoldenEye 64 are warranted, but I don't know that I've encountered a shooter as bloody-mindedly simple and brutal as this since Wolfenstein 3D. The game as I experienced it was not about weapon variety (you'll mostly rely on a few marginally distinct automatic weapons throughout) and it wasn't even about the mission objectives in the same way that GoldenEye was (they are mostly clear and unobtrusive). Instead, this is a game about mowing down hoards of inaccurately-firing fodder with the generous auto-aim while being only a few mistakes or miscalculations away from having your tiny health bar depleted and having to try the level over again. The feeling is a great combination of adrenaline and tension, and it made me eager to get back to the game each and every day. While I was irritated when the story, such as it is, turned out to be a feghoot, this didn't detract from the sheer rush of the core gameplay in the campaign. If the no-frills feeling of Wolfenstein 3D appealed to you, I believe you'll find similar enjoyment in this game.
This is an excellent game if you've been missing Goldeneye. It doesn't really innovate on anything Goldeneye did, but it nails the feel of that game exceptionally well. If you're looking for modern quality of life features you won't find anything, and the AI feels even worse than what we had in the 90's, but judged as a loving tribute to Goldeneye it's a success.
Just like the name suggests, it looks and feels a lot like GoldenEye. There is certainly some DNA of Time Splitters 1 and Perfect Dark here too (such as the arena challenges). There are some clear homages to other games too, like Metal Gear Solid, Doom and TimeSplitters. This is definitely a work of homage more than anything else, almost to the point of loving parody. If you are a fan of GoldenEye and want to relive that feeling? This game is pretty good for that! If you are a new player and didn't grow up with GoldenEye, Perfect Dark, and TimeSplitters, you might not really "get it." Sort of like an inside joke. In my opinion Agent 64 stands in the shadow of GoldenEye a little bit too much, without having much of its own identity. The nostalgia carries it a lot. Don't get me wrong, there is a decent amount of content: plenty of levels with varied objectives, weapons, unlockables, challenges, multiplayer modes, etc. There is clearly a lot of love for the source material. That being said, if you didn't grow up loving the game(s) Agent 64 is trying to emulate, I am not sure it would be as fun without being "in" on the fun, like I mentioned above. There are definitely some seams showing too. For example: I've seen plenty of misaligned and stretched textures, and although the music is semi-dynamic, it repeats quite a bit, as do the sounds. I've seen enemies fall through the floor, NPCs get duplicated. This gives it a genuine N64 feel, sure, but it looks a little off at high resolution, and sounds a bit off on headphones. The lack of voice acting also hurts it quite a bit. It's a bit like going from Perfect Dark back to GoldenEye I guess. There is something commendable though about a game where everything is there, unlockable or ready to play out of the box. Now, is it good in split screen? Yes. Again, for fans of GoldenEye, Perfect Dark and TimeSplitters, this is where it will shine. I also think most games are fun in multiplayer at some level. So, if you have a LAN party or something, this is probably a good bet for a few hours of fun. Are LAN parties still a thing?
I like it so far. You can definitely feel the passion that was put into the game to keep the art direction and engine close to Goldeneye and Perfect Dark. Cool level designs, even the objectives remind me of the originals. One odd thing, though... There are no spent casings? Why don't the guns eject spent casings? How do you overlook that? lol!
