3 Difficulty Levels
Every mission can be completed in 3 distinct difficulty modes (Agent, Special Agent, and 64 Agent). With higher difficulty comes more objectives, and more open areas to discover.
(Tip: Start with Agent to familiarize yourself with the missions, then ramp up the difficulty to discover what comes next.)
By beating par times and other trials, you can unlock Paradox Modes, which contain 70+ modifiers and cheats that enable various effects on regular gameplay, including:
Big Heads
Melee Disarms
Slow Bullet Speeds
No Reload
…and many more!
Ready for an unorthodox challenge? Complete Contracts: remixed missions with different objectives and Paradox mode pre-sets for additional Paradox unlocks.
Fight against friends in local split-screen multiplayer combat, or take the gunfight online with up to 8 players and 8 additional bots.
Enjoy full lobby customization including teams, weapon set, rule sets and paradox modifiers, with up to 10 saved pre-sets to your liking.
Deathmatch: Classic deathmatch, score the more frags to win!
Briefcase: Capture the briefcase and hold it for long enough to score a point. But don't get too comfortable, after each point won, the briefcase position is reset to a random point on the map.
Zone: You have to capture the zone on the map to score points. Don't let any enemy contest it as it will stall the countdown!
Challenges: special matches against pre-set bots where players must reach a precise score under a certain amount of time. The faster you win, the better the prizes. Unlock maps, characters, music tracks, and more!

very fun game,
It's not amazing, but it scratches the itch for an N64 style shooter.
As someone who loved Goldeneye, I enjoyed this reimagining of it quite a bit. As others have pointed out, this game is only a few hours long if you just clear every stage on the lowest difficulty. On the other hand, I really enjoyed trying to clear the stages on the highest difficulty: it forces you to plan ahead, sneak around, go for headshots, etc. Played that way, it could challenge you for dozens of hours (depending on your skill and persistence).
An excellent homage to Goldeneye and Perfect Dark, and a very fun game in its own right. Gameplay and visuals are buttery smooth and never get in the way of running and gunning. To my knowledge, this is the only indie shooter that recreates this specific style of gameplay so accurately. In that respect, it has a lot going for it and I think there's a bright future for the developer with DLC or a sequel. The campaign is short but sweet, with lots of additional challenge modes and unlockables to chase. I've seen some rather whiny negative reviews about needing cyphers (unlock tokens) to progress through the campaign, but if you have half a brain and have played a video game before you will have no trouble playing on medium difficulty and earning plenty of cyphers. The same goes for the lack of health kits and checkpoints. It's really not a complex or difficult game; the missions are brief and if these things drive you to a refund then I don't think you were the audience for Agent 64 in the first place. I enjoyed the unlock progression and felt like I always had something new to play outside of just the campaign. Including multiplayer, of course - this game will remain permanently installed on my hard drive as a go-to splitscreen shooter. My only "complaint" is that I wish Agent 64 had a bit more its own personality beyond being an homage. It would be really cool to see a sequel with more weapons, levels and general identity of its own while keeping the core gameplay. Other than that, this is a strong recommend and just pure fun.
Excellent game! Perfect throw back to Goldeneye and Perfect Dark. Playing on my steam deck OLED is a joy
