Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 13 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Bardzo dobra strategia. Age of Wonders to od wielu lat dobry wybór dla wszystkich fanów przyjemnych i prawidłowo zrobionych gier. Można grindować, można zagrać szybką mapkę na paru graczy. Można zagrać online lub kampanię solo. Czego chcieć więcej. Polecam.
This game is for me what HoMM 3 is for other people; an instant classic and a game I will return to. I see Planetfall as a great system for building combos and synergies of units and operations (spells). Of course, there is plenty of stuff to combine related to economy and expansion too. The amount of general content and possible strategies is staggering, and during my over 100h hours of playtime, I think I haven't explored even half of them. The creativity put into this game is also quite impressive. There are many unique ideas in the general art style and design of units and the world. Buy the game, buy DLCs and hope for Plantefall 2.

Fantastic 4x, highly recommend. Addictive, fun, pretty to look at, story is nice. Only downside is it keeps up til... *looks at clock* 5:24 am Campaigns can take hours on higher difficulties - hours n hours. Worth investing in DLC full-price, even better if they're on sale.
best combat, needs aow3 or endless legends style buildings for 2nd planetfall more customizing cities and this game could be better than all those series
I hate to leave such a half-assed review but I've got to make sure I don't miss giving this a thumb up it deserves. This is an in-between of Civilization, Disciples/Heroes of Might & Magic and X-COM games. Can't say anything about multiplayer since I haven't tried it. Let's start with the best part: EVERY TBS STRATEGY GAME SHOULD HAVE THIS! What I absolutely adore compared to other 4x/grand strategy games is how the game handles autoresolved battles: You can either manual battle, flee or autoresolve. After seeing the autoresolve results you can retry manual combat (and even playback the AI battle to see what went wrong before retrying). After autoresolving you're committed to having the battle but you can retry as many times as you like and try to get the result you're aiming for. This is not a major game changer in army numerical power but it does bring power back to the player: You can finally safely press the autoresolve button on "easy battles" in which the only flanking unit got demolished by the AI because they didn't know how to utilize it. You can just shrug and play it yourself afterwards. It makes the game much more faster than it's counterparts because you can try and autoresolve *every single battle* and usually accept the slightly damaged units but have the veto power if the AI completely drops the ball. You create your own civilization (or species or race, what have you) by combining the physical species into a philosophical view/history. That way you can have evil empire humans or psionic ants or any other random combination of stuff you might want to have. You plan your empire in a hex grid turn-by-turn like in Civilization games. You have battle/overland spells that you can unlock in the science trees like in Disciples. It's very run-of-the-mill except for the "overland spells" from Disciples. This game has no illusions about being something else than a wargame. It has separate tracks for civilian and military technologies. You choose a technology you're aspiring in both trees and the science points go to both. This makes it so that you don't have to juggle city building vs military power. I personally like juggling these two and this division made it pretty easy to beeline to certain late-game technologies in a certain (military, of course) tree and kinda break the game. The way settlements grow works very differently from any other 4x game I've played which is a breath of fresh air. Unfortunately it very quickly lent itself to the same-ol, same-ol... Once you figure the system out, it's pretty much just Civilization with an extra step. All in all it's still pretty interesting and I'm wondering how it'd work in multiplayer. When armies encounter each other, you'll have the aforementioned battles. Units can wander alone or together, lead by a hero or not but when they finally clash, only one will remain (unless one decided to flee). If you're accustomed to X-COM-style tactical unit placement and action point system, you basically have the same here: You move the unit with certain amount of action points and then use a turn-ending-action if you have enough action points to do that. It's more nuanced than that but the important thing is to utilize the surroundings. Cover, blocked terrain and exploding scenery are all part of the battle map when you move your units around and trying to get the most of the terrain and luring your opponent into your action-economy-heavy traps is the name of the game. Of course the 95% misses are here too but because you can produce almost any unit again, it's not as punishing as in the time-constrained X-COM games. You don't get to keep the mods your killed units had though :) Oh yeah! Your units and heroes have mods that you pay for! You can have multiple different schematics for units just like in a 4x space game (Master of Orion, Stars, what have you) and actually customize your units in a different way for any fronts you might have. You research the mods in the military research tree the usual way. And the soundtrack is pretty good! I must admit when the first blast beat hit me in combat, I raised my eyebrows. But it made me hit some Aborted into my playlist afterwards. Kudos to Michiel van den Bos for making hc metal drums still an OK background music that doesn't bother people. I just noticed them because they sounded so interesting. As I said in the beginning: I'm just slapping this together to give it the thumb-up. There are some problems with game pacing, some mechanics and translation/grammar. It's an intriguing combination of stuff with very, VERY good potential. I just need to play it more if I get the time to. I'll refine the review when I get the chance to. As it is, I recommend trying if 4x with X-COM-style combat sounds like your thing.
