Age of Wonders: Planetfall

Très bon mais difficile de s'y mettre avec après joué à Stellaris, bien que les styles diffèrent.

I loved this addition to the Age of Wonders franchise but was annoyed with some game-breaking bugs, especially considering I am playing this years after it came out.

I love this game Age of Wonders Planetfall. About me(Skip this paragraph for review) I bought this game 2 years ago, played 4 hours of it and I didn't understand what the heck this game is. Picked it up a week ago and I am in love. I have always loved RTS games but because I can't find any RTS games in a Modern format with new graphics while retaining some of their original mechanics in micro management games like Starcraft. I have decided to give 4x Games ago. I am terrible in 4x turn base strategy games so its taking me 40hours to understand some basics in planetfall. This 4x game fusing with tactical combat is one of the most high content delivery game I have ever played since the good old RTS days. I have played Civ5 but only a little and that game is different again with a large amount of content as well. Can be overwhelming. However if you can give it the 30hrs at least and some dignity, trust me you feel like your a master specialist player Commanding Officer on your planet. Gameplay: I never really liked many 4x Games but I think I do now. After Civ 5 and Planetfall, a little bit of Endless Legends. Im starting to see the intricate detail mechanics that these games has to offer. Planetfall has tons of content. It can be overwhelming for new players, definitely not recommended , you might get bored. Which happened to me but I persevere and persisted. All the factions are so Unique and different from each other, it gives players so many options to find what faction is suitable to their play style. You can also invite NPC factions to invade your enemies base by completing their side quests and building a reputation with them. You can play up to 12 players just like Warcraft, finally a game that understands multiplayer to extreme measure. Resource management is my favourite thing in this game ; annexing sectors and thoroughly taking the time to build the correct resource infrastructure which determines your production rate in units, colony expansion, technology upgrades etc. I wont cover too much in game play details because there is too much to get through. But I have always loved a game where you can Team up with Ai and just verse 1 hard mode player. If you like Heroes might and magic and a Xcom this is the game for you. And if you love SCi-Fi man go ahead. Modifications in this game is my favourite you can mod your units individually and make certain units stronger or more supportive. Love the Strategic operations too where you can infiltrate your enemy hero units and weaken them before the combat. There is many more concepts in this game that makes it so freaking awesome. It is a very complex game and its not for a generic audience. You have to be willing to spend time building an empire with a faction that you have entrusted in conquering the planet. It's not just a war game . It also focuses on Diplomacy, negotiation, trading with other players. And you can also win by defending a certain amount of sectors or setting up a Doomsday weapon which I haven't done yet, so don't know much about it. You can also kill the commander and win the game too. So many ways to win which gives the players more diverse option in their idea goals to winning. Story: I didn't actually do the story so I wouldn't know much about it, but because I love Skirmish and custom matches I always go straight there. Gameplay 8.4/10 Graphics 8/10 Presentation 8/10 Solid 8.0/10

I have played all of the AoW games and Planetfall, unexpectedly, holds its own with every other game in the series.

sistema de multiplayer por servidores que funciona cuando quiere, se veía entretenido el juego, pero si la solucion que dan es entrar al raoter y todo eso, no vale la pena
