got into my first sticky situation mid game. too many turns in, no going back. things got dicey and i was operating with 5 different saves, saving at each next critical decision. backed into corners multiple times. spent 6 hours reloading saves and going over troop movements, playing out the sometimes disastrous consequences. honestly kinda hated it while it was happening but then, out of mostly sheer luck, i was able to pull off a strategic masterpiece. i thought about it all night. heck i dreamt about. mega fun.

Save your money. This game is not for sale. This game is "for lease" only. Hence, you don't own it and never will.

Pros: Fun strategic and tactical gamplay in a high fantasy setting Cons: crashes every 30min

Плюсы и минусы этой игры давно описаны. Не смотря на наличие небольших, на мой взгляд, минусов игра мне зашла. Боевка тут достаточно вариативная. Ну и сюжет за войну против войны умилил :)

A classic in the seminal Age of Wonders series. Age of Wonders has always been, for my money the premier fantasy combat game and 3 is no exception to that legacy. With the most unique race and class combinations of the fantasy series and very good mods, Age of Wonders 3 is still worth playing. The campaign is mostly fine, but you should be aggressive in them. Age of Wonders is a game about fighting and explring, so passive play is not rewarded in this game.
