Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Great chill game
Quiet Complex compared to earlier version. Sometimes the battles won't make any sense. The underlying factor supposedly would be the storyline overwriting the game plan. So, just 'Ouchy' everywhere...meant for the fighters...
A fun simulator with plenty of little tricks to learn and master. Plenty of replayability and a lengthy progression paths. A few things which could be improved and can think of a few interesting features which could be added but overall very good.

Age of Gladiators II: Rome is a management and strategy simulation that transports players to the violent yet fascinating era of ancient Rome, where fame, fortune, and survival are earned inside the arena. Developed by Creative Storm Entertainment and published by Creative Storm Entertainment alongside Vincennes Group, the game shifts the focus away from direct action and instead places players in charge of operating a gladiator school. Every decision, from recruiting new fighters to managing finances and preparing warriors for battle, contributes to the long-term success of the enterprise. Rather than relying on spectacle alone, the game delivers a detailed simulation that rewards careful planning and strategic thinking. The management systems form the foundation of the experience and provide far more depth than a typical arena combat game. Players are responsible for scouting talented recruits from across the Roman world, hiring skilled staff members, improving training facilities, and balancing income with growing expenses. Each gladiator has unique strengths, weaknesses, personalities, and ambitions, making them feel like individuals instead of disposable units. Keeping morale high while developing combat abilities becomes a constant balancing act, especially as stronger opponents and greater opportunities begin to appear. These interconnected systems encourage thoughtful decision-making and make every successful season feel well earned. Character progression is another highlight that keeps the gameplay engaging over the long term. Victorious gladiators earn experience that can be invested in improving attributes, mastering weapon types, and unlocking specialized combat abilities. Since every fighter can be developed differently, players have the freedom to build a diverse roster capable of adapting to various challenges. The emotional attachment that develops over time is one of the game's greatest strengths, as veteran champions become valuable assets whose injuries, defeats, or retirement carry significant consequences. This progression system creates memorable stories that naturally emerge from each campaign. Beyond the arena, the game offers a surprising amount of variety through its strategic features. Players expand their influence by opening opportunities in different regions, completing special objectives, researching new improvements, collecting rewards, and competing against rival gladiator schools. Building a respected reputation becomes just as important as accumulating wealth, with the ultimate ambition of earning the honor of competing in Rome's most prestigious arenas. This sense of continuous advancement ensures there is always another milestone to pursue, making the campaign rewarding even after many hours of play. Combat itself serves as the payoff for all the preparation that happens behind the scenes. Equipment selection, fighter specialization, and overall preparation have a noticeable impact on battle outcomes, making victories feel like the result of smart management rather than simple luck. While the visual presentation during fights is relatively modest compared to larger-budget action titles, the tension remains high because every battle puts valuable gladiators at risk. Losing a highly trained warrior can disrupt months of planning, adding genuine weight to each encounter and reinforcing the importance of every management decision. The presentation favors functionality over visual spectacle, but it effectively supports the game's complex mechanics. Menus provide access to an enormous amount of information, allowing players to monitor every aspect of their gladiator school. Although the interface may initially appear intimidating, it becomes easier to navigate with experience and ultimately complements the game's deep simulation systems. The historical atmosphere is also convincing, with Roman-inspired environments, equipment, and progression helping immerse players in the setting without requiring cutting-edge graphics. Replay value is one of the game's strongest qualities. Random events, changing rivalries, evolving gladiators, financial challenges, and numerous strategic choices ensure that no two campaigns unfold in exactly the same way. Players can experiment with different management styles, recruitment strategies, and fighter builds while responding to unpredictable circumstances that keep each playthrough fresh. This dynamic structure encourages multiple campaigns and rewards those willing to master its many interconnected mechanics. Age of Gladiators II: Rome is not designed for players looking for constant fast-paced action, and its extensive management systems require patience to fully appreciate. The learning curve can be demanding, particularly for newcomers to simulation games, while some interface elements could be more streamlined. Nevertheless, these minor shortcomings are outweighed by the game's impressive depth, rewarding progression, and satisfying sense of accomplishment. It successfully captures both the business and brutality of running a gladiator school, delivering a strategic experience that continues to reward thoughtful play long after the opening hours.
