About

Build, Gather and Fight in a Desperate Last Stand Against an Onslaught of Never Ending Evil!
The darkness is an entity of evil. Some say it is the manifestation of human fear and nightmares, others say it is a wandering mass of damned souls haunting us. The origin of the darkness itself is unknown, but one thing for certain is that we can keep it at bay through the power of light and fire.
The complete, full release of Age of Darkness: Final Stand is available now and includes Co-operative Multiplayer, Campaign, and Survival modes.

Brace yourself against huge tidal waves of Nightmares. Leveraging an internally developed technology called ‘SwarmTech’ allows the game to render over 70,000 enemy units on the screen at one time. These enemy legions claw their way up through seething fissures in the earth to reinforce ‘The Veil’.

Light up a rich, complex, procedurally generated map to claim territory back from ‘The Veil’. A dynamic living death fog that conceals enemies and drains life from your troops. Holding the line against this terror is not for the faint of heart.

Borrowing from the the roguelite genre, Malices are random afflictions placed on the player during every Death Night, unraveling the best made plans. Conversely, if a Death Night is survived, you may decide between three randomly selected Blessings, enriching the experience and giving your army a much needed edge.

Lead the charge against the horrors of the night with powerful and unique Heroes. Using special abilities gained from leveling up, these Heroes can be key to turning the tide of a desperate battle. But beware, the Nightmares have Elite roaming champions of their own that drop precious resources when killed, posing an extreme and ever-present threat to your expansion.

Co-Op Multiplayer - Team up with a friend in co-op multiplayer to survive the onslaught, defend humanity from the forces beyond the Veil, and reclaim the light together
Epic Campaign - Award winning single-player campaign full of epic battles and dire threats
Survival Mode - Put your endurance and skills to the test in the endlessly replayable Survival Mode
Award-Winning SwarmTech™ Technology – Witness the internally developed ‘SwarmTech’ technology, allowing the game to render over 70,000 enemy AI units on the screen at one time.

Dynamic Day & Night Cycle – Fight to reclaim territory by day and survive against the relentless horrors that come with every night.
Living Death Fog – Encounter The Veil, a living death fog that conceals terrors and adds a new layer of danger to your survival, which must be kept at bay through the power of the Light.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Its actually super fun. If you are looking for a pve rts experience look no further
Game could do with some polish and extra balancing, especially for new players but the devs have abandoned the game and confirmed they are no longer updating or fixing any bugs, was looking forward to some additional content to freshen up the gameplay !
Too buggy, average crash is within the hour
В целом игра мне понравилась. Хороший сюжет и убедительный мир, приятный визуал. По скидке взять самое то
Good game, but ridiculously hard, even on easy mode. You go from defending against a wave of few hundred enemies from a single direction, to a few thousand enemies from a single direction (Different direction each night), and then suddenly on the last night it's around 3 thousand from all previous directions at once. That's just on easy. It's doable, but requires an iron-tight grasp on the game's mechanics just to clear easy mode, which feels a bit unreasonable. If you listen closely at this point in the review, you'll hear the chorus that usually pops up around difficult RTS games of people reflexively claiming the game isn't that hard, the volume and insistence of which is inversely related to genital size. No one cares that you didn't find the game hard. Some people did, and positive experiences don't magically cancel out negative experience. The reverse is just as true, but the problem here is difficulty options are meant to make a game more accessible and in this game they're not actually doing that. There's actually a difficulty in the custom settings, but it was kind of a ♥♥♥♥ move to make the user have to modify the settings every time they start survival mode knowing full well that a decent chunk of players might actually need it to stand a chance at beating survival mode. There's also no difficulty options for the campaign, which is arguably the mode that you would want struggling players to not be locked out of the game's story. There's definitely a nice satisfaction to a difficulty system that lets you add difficulty after you've mastered easier modes, but you have to actually beat the easier modes to get any level of satisfaction, so a decent chunk of the player base isn't actually getting that and probably aren't going to spend the time and effort to learn the ins-and-outs of the game just so they can enjoy the game when there are other games that don't require perfect knowledge of the game just to get by on the easiest difficulty, thus defeating the entire purpose of even adding an easy difficulty, Still, rant aside, it's a good game and I'd recommend it. The style is good and the gameplay is fun. It's unique and well done. The one place the punishingly difficulty does shine through is that the "final stand" at the end of survival mode feels like a last stand. It's desperate and panic-inducing for sure. It's very thematic. The problem is just that I can get stressed out about a hopeless situation in real life and tend to avoid it because it's generally a pretty unpleasant feeling. Actually, I usually play video games to AVOID that feeling. Clearly the game's doing something right if I'm willing to recommend it despite the huge rant, but I still think it'd be more enjoyable if it wasn't punishingly difficult even on easy.
Einfach nur langweilig und dazu noch ein richtig grotikes Pathfinding der Einheiten.
It's ok, it gets choppy still at times, and my game crashed my entire computer twice when i ran it on epic settings, but, it's ok for a game. That's the best I can offer it, an ok pass, a pertiapation award.
