This game giving you a rush almost every time you clear a level because you would often get a few seconds short of finishing it. But then you're immediately hit with a leaderboard to see that other players actually spent like 8-15 seconds on a level. Amazing exprience.
This is a very good example of a fun speedrunner puzzle platformer that you don't need to completely no-life to actually have fun with. The gameplay is very quick and responsive and the bit style graphics are amazing! You get a few tools to work with, mainly your teleport dagger, sword for melee attacks, and a slide and the game finds all sorts of ways to creatively use your few moves in as many unique ways as possible, adding new level gimmicks as the game goes on that amp up the difficulty in an overall fair way. It does get pretty difficult by the end, but it scales slowly enough to where it shouldn't be too infuriating. I will say that trying to throw your dagger diagonally sometimes can be a bit tough, which can make some segments a bit aggravating if you can't do it consistently (but there are almost always alternate routes, so you can likely just go a different route). One other thing is the collectibles. There is a guaranteed Diamond to collect in every level, but there are also data cubes and hot dogs to collect. The game will tell you how many are in each world but not which levels they're in. Some of them are in such hard to find locations that you likely won't find them unless you know to actively look in that level. I did collect every Diamond, Data Cube, and Hot Dog, but I did have to use a Steam guide to tell me which stages every cube and hot dog were in so that I at least knew which stages to look in instead of hopping from stage to stage trying to scour through every one trying to find the collectibles I was missing (though I was able to find all of them on my own once I knew which stages to search). I've not played the multiplayer, but it seems like it would be a fun platform racing mode if you had friends who were willing to play with you. Overall it's a really fun, fast-paced puzzle platformer that I think speedrunners would especially love but even non-speedrunners would enjoy as well!
Deus me livre.
it's an ok platformer. i think its fun and i like the teleporting knife mechanic, however theres like a lot i dislike here. i do like the art but the cyberpunk vibe is way too generic for me. i think most cyberpunk games/movies/media is so blended together in the "bright neon city with japanese lady hologram dancing and big skyscraper and floating cars" and it just screams generic to me. but i do think the art is vibrant, colorful, and fun to look at. the levels blend together like the art style. it doesnt help that each stage barely introduces anything new. you basically deal with each enemy through every stage. there maybe one or two new mechanics per two stages completed, but it still feels like theres more to be desired. i wish there were more enemy types, puzzle mechanics, etc. the lever one felt kind of cool but could be a bit more polished. movement is pretty fun but can be janky. if you are going in the opposite direction, if you move your joystick a little too fast sometimes, your character will spin back around and it can get you killed and stuck a lot of the time. i remember get pretty irritated with it. i will say for the most part it feels really smooth and fast paced, but there are some polish issues. overall its a fine little platformer indie game. i probably wouldnt play it again, but this game regularly goes on sale for pretty cheap. so its worth playing at least once. 5/10

Either this is too hard, the controls are meh, game design is bad or maybe I have skill issue. I think you should either rebind keys or use controller. Don't think it's worth the full price.
