A Twisted Tale

This is a fun little point and click adventure game created by a single person in Germany. This is merely the first of seven planned chapters, but I look forward to playing through each and every one of them as the series continues. There isn't much of a core storyline. The main character plays with a Rubik's Cube of sorts and gets shunted through a mysterious portal into a surreal little world full of odd people and places. She then has to navigate her way to re-opening the portal. It doesn't sound like much, but there are a host of interesting characters with a lot of dialogue along the way, and that makes up for it. The music is nice, the game is well voice acted, and it's always a treat to support a game created by a single individual like this. You can tell it is a labor of love and I hope more people find this under the radar gem.

Es ist ein sehr hübsches Spiel, mir gefällt die Oberfläche und den Humor. Allerdings geht mir der Typ im Antiquitätenladen übelst auf dem Sack und er ist immer so Negativ. Hab es noch nicht durchgespielt, werde dies aber noch tun, da ich gerne Wissen möchte, was noch passiert :) Die Rätsel im Spiel sind für mich sehr knifflig, da ich solche Spiele nicht oft spiele. Auf jedenfall "Daumen hoch" !!! Weiter so. Peace

Ich war überrascht wie schön dieses Spiel ausschaut. Das wurde dann aber getrübt durch die fehlende Story. Nach 3h Spielzeit hab ich keine Lust dieses Spiel weiter zu spielen, was sehr schade ist, da ich dieses game sehr gerne Supportet hätte. Ich liebe Point and click games, aber ich war schon lange nicht mehr so gelangweilt von einem Point and click game. Sehr Schade

Das ist endlich mal wieder ein Point & Click, dass sich richtig anfühlt. Mit richtig meine ich, eher wie früher aber auch nicht krampfhaft alt oder verpixelt. In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass es von einer Person (fast) gemacht wurde und ihr erstes Spiel ist, ist dies ein phänomenales Spiel. Allerdings hört und merkt man, dass da noch mehr geht. Außerdem ist es wirklich ein wenig kurz... dafür ist der Preis aber absolut angemessen. Kann kaum Teil 2 erwarten. Für Point & Click Fans ist dies hier ein MUSS!

A Twisted Tale" es un encantador homenaje a las aventuras gráficas clásicas. Acompañamos a Vio en un viaje inesperado a través de diversos reinos, desde ciudades en ruinas hasta barcos pirata en la jungla profunda. El juego destaca por sus personajes excéntricos y giros argumentales sorprendentes. Los acertijos presentan un desafío equilibrado, manteniendo al jugador enganchado sin llegar a la frustración. El estilo artístico, dibujado a mano, evoca una agradable sensación retro que recuerda a títulos como "Monkey Island". Sin embargo, es importante mencionar que actualmente solo está disponible el primer capítulo de un total de siete planificados, los cuales se lanzarán como DLCs de pago en el futuro. En resumen, una experiencia recomendable para los amantes del género, siempre que estén dispuestos a esperar por los capítulos venideros

This is a title absolutely brimming with love for a very specific line of point-and-click adventure games: King's Quest VII: The Princeless Bride, The Secret of Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle, and Deponia. The game's Peter Chan-styled art inspires and delights the discerning player. Like another recent point-and-click adventure, Perfect Tides, this game rewards endless clicking everywhere for amusing dialogue and potential story rewards. Do not play this game if you don't derive personal satisfaction from entering a space and clicking literally every possible option to exhaustion. That's the game! If that, indeed, is your jam, get ready for some fantastic art, writing, and character portrayals.

Un primo capitolo (di sette) che, nonostante molti, se non troppi, riferimenti ai classici, ed una parte narrativa carente, riesce ad intrattenere grazie ai numerosi enigmi di stampo classico. Da valutare la cadenza dei prossimi capitoli e se riusciranno a garantire una maggiore personalità
