A Case of Fraud

fun game! relatively simple, good design, unique case that's satisfying to figure out a piece at a time. A couple frustrations here and there from some design choices, but not necessary ones to complete the game. What seem like red herrings at first are pretty easily cleared up or easily ignored.

Very clever and engaging concept- definitely good for anyone who enjoyed The Roottrees are Dead

A decent enough detective game which will last you a little while, but nothing very complicated or challenging. I was left feeling like the final solution was too simple, and I was really disappointed that the premise of the game-- a startup which claims to be using AI to decode the languages of pets-- was in fact *not* the titular Case of Fraud. It seemed like there would have been so much great story potential if the whole company was a scam, like it honestly sounded, but no. I had fun though.

Solid and short document deduction game. Nice range of documents and some fun puzzles and clue placements. Some polish and a stronger overarching narrative weaving in a few more characters would have made it great, as it stands still quite good.

That was really good! Rather short (~3 hours), but well made, not too straightforward and with clues available somewhere for every answer. I enjoyed the soundtrack, it added to the atmosphere without being distracting. The only downside is that now I really want to solve the missing llama mystery!
